Honestly, many of my favorite games of all time come from the SNES. I have more than ten favorite SNES games.

I'm enamoured with SoulBlazer so much. Chrono Trigger is also the greatest. Super Mario RPG was the first RPG I played. DoReMi Fantasy is my number one SFC/SNES game, it's the best platformer ever made!!! EDIT: I did not list those ten games in order of preference.

Now, I have WAAAY more favorite SNES games, but I just named 10 at the top of my head.
I don't think I own 10 SNES games yet, but I think Sim Ant is an awesome RPG/RTS game. I play it all the time and I don't get tired of it. only problem is it takes literally 2 minutes to save the full game mode. Definitely the best Sim game, worth the $15 I spent on it.

Haven't played anything other than that. I'm still waiting for Super Mario Kart on the EU VC. Judging from the various sequels, I guess that's gonna be one of my favorites when it comes out.
