Would like to give the CCPRO a run for it's money but at the moment general the GC controller is a bit better than the CC

Probably getting a Vita with LBP soon...

Regular Gamecube controller.

Classic. But then I use the Classic Controller for all my VC games.

I usually use the Classic Controller for N64 games, but since restarting Paper Mario I've been using the GameCube controller more. I'll be getting a Classic Controller Pro soon too, so I'll have to try that out as well.

Gamecube controller. It is too difficult for me to try and play games like StarFox 64 with the CC.
THERE... ARE... 4 LIGHTS!

Gamecube controller is easier for N64, if you can get a classic controller then that's good for other games...

Wavebird ftw! Don't even own a CC.
This has reminded me I should pick up a CC Pro now that they're out. But, I can't be doing with that damn cable. Erm... I am torn.

I'd like to get a CC Pro when it comes out, but for now, Chameleon.
Just let it happen.

The GC controller for N64 games, CC and Wiimote sideways for every other platform. The design and button layout of the GC controller is very similar to the N64's controller, so it feels more natural to play N64 games than with the CC.

I use the Classic Controller more and more now, just cause it feels really good in my hands 3 years and two months after I got the system + CC, all thanks to a Boy and his Blob and Geometry Wars!
@Cipher I need to restart playing Paper Mario again as I have that game just sitting! Thanks for reminding me!

Gamecube seems to work the best imo, though I'd totally snap up a Classic Controller 64 if Nintendo would ever be nice enough to cater to us old-schoolers.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

GC controller, because I lack the CC. I don't even have a N64 title for VC yet...

Wavebird for me, but I'll give the Classic Controller Pro a shizzle when I get my hands on one
Feel free to add me to any of the listed consoles or services here :D just let me know who you are!
