I wish Nintendo would offer this kind of service, but no, we have to pay $40 for games typically $10-20 at retail. Price drops = No such thing

I can't see a Vita in my future, but if a lot of good games are released, count me in as a subscriber.

Question: is it possible to switch between 2 Vita cards using only one Vita? Im getting ready to sale the 4gb memory card that came with my system but i'll definitely hang on to it if im able to use it for the Vitas instant game collection games.

Vita desperately needs support from...anyone or anything. This is a very, very strong first step towards that. I hope.

I'm 99.9999% sure that you can. You could on the PSP at least. I don't have a Vita, but it would seem logical that the Vita could support multiple cards. The cards aren't able to support multiple accounts, however.

Oh wow. So after spending 300+ dollars on a portable console and its proprietary memory cards gamers get to spend more money on a yearly subscription to play "free" games? How thrilling. It's nice to see that after paying through the nose Sony is willing to throw you a bone.

You realize even if you only downloaded what is available right now and never used your PS+ subscription for anything else, you would still make back the $50 it cost for a year? Sony offers the best discount service available between the big three consoles. By far.

Hell, just by downloading Uncharted and Gravity Rush you get back the $50 you spent on PS+.

You also use it for the PS3. Just saying. Even if you don't own a Vita, it's nice to take advantage of this stuff. If Sony keeps stuff like this up, current PS3 users will eventually build up a solid Vita library without even owning one, which is pretty cool. And if you just bought a Vita, it is very, very likely that you're going to buy most of those games anyway.

If you own a PS3 already (and many do) then the service is definitely worth applying for. The discounts are outrageous in the best possible way.

Yet, unless you renew your subscription those "free games" are unplayable.

Chances are you're going to renew your yearly subscription after saving hundreds of dollars on games.
Seriously, if you play a lot of video games but don't have a lot of money and you own a PS3, you should get Playstation plus.

Even if you don't count the free games, just the discounts are worth it. And you get to keep the discounted games I've gotten so many titles I was on the fence about getting because they were 1/2 off or more for PS+ subscribers. Many times games are discounted for PS+ on day one of their release. Or available early for PS+. There's just... so many great things about it. How are people complaining?

Instant Game Collection sounds awesome if you think of it as a rental service. Say you want to play through Uncharted: Golden Abyss, but have no intentions of going back to it after you beat it. Instead of renting it, just join PS+. Pretty neat.
