That's between you and your folks, man. Why not try persuading your dad to talk to your mom about it?

get your dad to buy you teen games! or tell your mom to chck the back of the box and look at the descripton of why its is t and tell her you can handle what it says! worked for me when i buy m rated games and im only 14! i say look mom only some blood and violence! and if you watch pg-13/r rated movies tell her youve seen worse in those movies! that also works for me! look blod, gore sex, ive seen worse in movies!

In less than a year (unless you've turned 12 at the precise moment you've read this sentence) it'll be a non-issue, and the T games you want to play now will probably be marked down by then, too.
What games won't she let you get, or is it "T" in general? Because most "T" games aren't bad. Just show her what it is, find out the "bad things" and talk to her about them. Most aren't a big deal, Brawl for example, is rated "T" for a character who farts, and probably, the few suggestive Codec conversations that the average kid would never figure out what to do to hear them anyway...
