This time with more Kevin Spacey and obviously less dogs.
The official reveal is going to be on Sunday in game informer but Dtoid leaked the trailer and screens so Activision said acres it.
Through a trusted source, Destructoid has learned the new Call of Duty, subtitled Advanced Warfare, revolves around a soldier of fortune group run by Spacey's character that has turned on the United States government. As shown in the leaked media attached to this post, players will wear exosuits to jump super high, scale buildings, and cloak themselves. Also, hoverbikes.
Game looks good and the future tech isn't as grimey alien style and far more streamlined. Though with Future being the new hotness I'm a bit surprised we didn't get Call of Duty via way of Indpedence day, but the rumor is tryearch next game will be something along those lines.

I'm not really sure aboit this. They said Ghosts would be cool, but it wasn't much different. What makes a hover motorcycle any better than a regular one? I'm not so sure I care, especially with that plot.

With Kevin Spacey at the helm, I'm guessing all of this takes place after the events in House of Cards...
That would actually be a neat little tie in.
Anyways, this actually looks pretty cool. I haven't played one since Back Ops came out, so maybe it'll feel more fresh now that I've had a good long break?
...then again, I was away from Ratchet & Clank since 2008, and A Crack in Time and Tools of Destruction still felt stale despite being top-notch games...
Eh...No big deal to me. I'm burned out on FPS. The only ones I truly enjoy now were the Halos that Bungie made. Despite all my attempts, though, I just couldn't get into Halo 4.
Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.
Now playing:
Final Fantasy XIV (PC) | The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Switch) | Celeste (Switch)

How did these different universes form? The plots are only relevant if that question is answered. I was under the impression that they were all part of the same story, especially since thinga are always somehow getting worse from entry to entry.

Now I haven't played any of these games, but wouldn't things getting worse from game to game imply that either the soldiers are bad at their jobs, or at the very least ineffectual?
Yes. Watch the trailer, he's talking about how the U.S. wants countries to have a democracy. The U.S. isn't reckless enough to start a war over forms of governments, in this day and age, so it's not that believable.
In otherwords, why fight a pointless war?
