200gb, it was the best deal at that time from a size to price ratio.
Im hoping to be able to upgrade to at least 400 at a good price point once I need more storage. I'm digital only, so that'll happen at some point:)
If your like me my collection is now at close to 80 Switch games and 6 eShop I think and that still filled up a 200gb card leaving me with 88gb that is what prompted me to think bigger is better even if you don't use all the space.
256 gb. I'll upgrade to a bigger one when my current microsd fills up. Which i expect, at my current rate, will probably be by the end of the year or sometime first half of next year.

I play Physically oftenly so i still have plenty Gigabytes inside the System. (Around 111 GB)
I have that card too. I only have 20gb left though as I've bought most of my games digitally. LA Noire and RE Revelations 2 take up most of it at 51gb combined.
When prices drop more (or a sale) then I'll pick up a larger card but until then I'll archive or buy larger games on cart.
I don’t have one right now, but I plan on getting a 64gb one later down the road. I almost always get my games physical, so I predict in the Switch lifespan I’ll probably download a maximum of 12 or so games, so as long as a game I really want doesn’t require too much extra storage I should be good.

128, but more than half is used up and since I buy a lot of games digitally on Switch (odd since I buy most games physical on PS4 and Xbox One). Think I'll need to get a new 128 card soon or try to a Switch compatible one with more memory than that at a reasonable price.
64GB, surprisingly I still have about 2/3rds of that left despite having about 14 games (5 physical/9 digital) + Hulu. I still want to upgrade to either 128GB or 200GB though because I plan on getting a lot of games to play this Summer.
I decided on the 128gb mini sdxc card. I came to the realization that at least in the USA, publishers are more likely to split the memory cost between the physical card and digital part. For example, NBA 2K18 requires that you have 50gb free to download rest of the game which I think is ridiculous! Another is Bayonetta. The collection comes with a physical copy of only Bayonetta 2 but required you to download Bayonetta 1.
I did the ScanDisk 128GB and it has been just about right. I may have to update by the end of this year unless I can get some cloud saves. I've bought more digital games than expected. I blame those indies!

Currently got 64gb in mine. Only have a few gigs left, so will need to upgrade soon, especially with Hyrule Warriors, Mario Tennis etc all coming out soon.
Prefer digital as it's easier when taking out and about and I have a fair few big games. Mario Kart, Zelda, Xenoblade Chronicles, Splatoon 2. All take at least 35-40gbs of space.
32gb here. Only because I bought a GoPro and returned it, so I kept the memory card I purchased for it. I’m going to grab the 128 gig soon enough though.
128gb with plenty of space left. Don't see needing to upgrade for awhile as most of the games I own are indies/eShop only titles. Any of the larger AAA titles/file sizes I try to get physical whenever possible.
Got a 128gb on black friday. Still have 3/4 or more space available on it. I have 27 games, but I buy physical where possible so the biggest game on there is Bayonetta.
