The new design of IE9 is very non-user friendly. It just looks ugly. The refresh and home icons are crammed into the tiny address bar. Tabs are on the same line as the address bar, making the whole thing look very constricted.

Chrome has a very simplistic easy to understand design. Tabs are located at the very top of the window, leaving more space for the address bar. Everything else is tucked away in the "settings" icon, leaving less clutter on screen. It's easy to manage bookmarks and extensions. Firefox 6 is the same way, except it has a bit more stuff that's out in the open.

Opera. Fast, good looking, customizable to some degree and easy. Definitely the best one IMO.

Firefox all they way... Chrome's alright too.

Internet Explorer is absolute fail. 8D Microsoft try and try and then try again, but every time it's still absolute garbage.

Also this particular question has been raised so many times it's getting pretty annoying... can't we just stick with one of these threads, PLEASE?!
