According to this video on Machinima's channel, They are already talking about making a sequel to Wreck-it Ralph, and plan to include a certain plumber. Here's the video.

So what do you think? I personally think it'd be cool. But as always I'm worried about the "sequel syndrome" that many movies suffer from.

I would love a sequel to this. I loved watching it in theaters. Even after the references were through the movie itself was actually pretty good. Definitely had some moments that would have been better left out or redone but I enjoyed it. If the sequel would be as good if not better I welcome it. Maybe have some reference characters all throughout the movie helping Ralph through the journey.

They would be crazy not to make a sequel, loved all the little refferences made me smile all the way through it

A second one with even more Video Game characters would be great IMO.

This reminds me when I read an article in Nintendo Power in which they intereviewed one of the producers and they asked him who would win in a fight, Wreck-It Ralph or Donkey Kong. He didn't know, but wondered if it could be in an animated short like the kind Pixar uses. That would be neat, but a full sequel would be even neater. Mario finally being in the movie would be great, and as long as the sequel was just as good or even better, it'd be a swell idea. Super Wreck-It Ralph sounds like a brilliant title too. We can dream.

It's Disney, a Sequel was already in the works before it hit theaters. I really love Wreck It Ralph, so hopefully a sequel can live up to it.

It would be awesome to get the whole Mario Kart gang involved. Imagine it, Ralph is looking for Vanellope and accidentally r heads into Mario Kart instead of sugar rush. Then Toad could say something along the lines of , Sorry but Vanellope is in another caslte.

I must admit I was hoping to see a banana peel during the race scene.

If Mario was to be in it, then Luigi, Peach, and Toad would be in it along with Bowser returning as well. Donkey Kong could be a buddy of Wreck-It Ralph since they have many things in common.

They should also have a bigger budget, because after buying Lucasfilm and expanding Fantastyland in Disney World, I don't buy (pun intended) the notion of Disney not affording to pay Nintendo's copyrights.

That would be the best. i also love the title super wreck it ralph. I think sonic should also get involved since he had the most cameos in the movie. The mario kart is a great idea but what about this eggman tired of losing to sonic decides to take over the mushroom kingdom instead. Then both mario and sonic characters have to stop him before the arcade gets shut down from all the glitches they would cause, then wreck it ralph could help them. While i doubt that would happen but it wouldn't be that bad of an idea.

As much as I love all these ideas, we shouldn't be hoping so highly. Granted such things are possible, but I don't think the next movie will be all about real characters, as much as we'd all like to happen. Not technically saying the more bigger and better cameos won't happen at all, I'm just saying that we should keep our fanboy expectations in check so to avoid disappointment.

So if the voice actors basically confirmed it, this will end up happening, and it should since Wreck-It Ralph was a good success and got gamers like us fired up. It'll be interesting to see how they handle a story about changing from the arcade to the game console and what they plan to do with Mario, but this film will still be a few years off.
