Any Smash Bros. game (especially Melee's), any soundtrack involving Yoko Shimorura (think I got her name right)...seriously, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team is just awesome, lol. I also love the Monster Hunter series music.

Gonna say either Tetris on the Gameboy; the original Super Mario Bros or Street Fighter 2 (specifically the intro music and Ken's stage)... think I'll go with SF2. Those tunes are very memorable.

I think the current sound capabilities hurt things these days compared to the 8/16 bit eras, with all of the production done one mixing the tunes and different instruments there is less attention on the tune and more on the production of the music and less on the core tune. We can't go back, but it leaves us with less memorable music.

Rimmer: "Look, I think we've all got something to bring to this conversation, but I think that from now on the thing you should bring is silence."

Homer: "Oh people can come up with statistics to prove anything Kent. Forfty percent of all people know that."

Baten Kaitos. Both of them. I can listen to them all day. Though the FE:A soundtrack is really great as well.

The SNES Donkey Kong Country series. In fact, here are my top 20 songs from it.

Runners-up would be Zelda, Mario, Earthbound, NES / SNES Mega Man, and Civilization IV's stunning opening track "Baba Yetu".

I'd have to say Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze and Fire Emblem Awakening.

Some of my favorite individual tunes: Destiny Ablaze and Id Purpose both from Fire Emblem Awakening, Snowy Field from Final Fantasy III (or VI depending on what you prefer to call it), the main theme of Xenoblade Chronicles, and Smiles and tears from Earthbound.

Err, that's hard, there's a lot of great VG music out there. I'll admit it's easier to remember VG music than say, film music since they tend to stick to shorter themes that have to loop over a set period of time.

Chrono Series (Trigger is great of course, I just started playing Cross and I think it might be even better. There are areas that I don't want to leave because the music is just that good.)
Zelda series, especially Ocarina of Time (No Introduction)
Skyrim (Probably the best thing about the game)
The Last of Us (as much as I didn't like the game, i must admit the soundtrack was QUITE good. Very unique instrumentation)
FTL (Great Chiil out music)
Bioshock Infinite (just the covers, as I am a sucker for them. Shame that you can't buy them on the actual soundtrack.)

The original Donkey Kong Country game immediately comes to mind, but there are some really memorable tracks in Tropical Freeze as well!

My game library ranges from Mario Kart to Call of Duty to Tales of Xillia to Diablo 3 to Forza. To me gaming is about having fun - not blindly supporting only one company while thumbing your nose at "the evil other systems."
