5. 8/3/2011 DLAlbert Complainant states he sent a Nintendo Gameboy to the company but has not received a replacement
4. I have a 3DS and Wii U that my children use. My children (b(6)) cannot use their names on games like Animal Crossing or Pokemon, or Miiverse, because the censorship system Nintendo uses does not discriminate between names and similarly sounding curse words. I have contacted Nintendo customer support many times regarding this, but have never received any replies. My children love the Nintendo systems and are just disappointed they cannot use their names in their games. I am not angry or upset, but I would like to be contacted by Nintendo regarding this matter. --- Additional Comments: Better censorship system among their infrastructure so that names aren't deemed curse words by their system.
3. Dear Nintendo, I am a 29 year old male, whom has been recently offended by a recent game by Ubisoft for Nintendo. It is 'Just Dance' 2014 edition, and I was really upset to find out that Nicky Minaj's song apparently, or sounds to be the 'N-Word'. I have been a faithful and loyal consumer for Nintendo products. I have had every console since 4 years old, and I know I can trust in it for safe family fun games now that I have a son of my own. I didn't think Nintendo would allow such a thing. I personally feel like I was violated and I do not appreciate this. --- Additional Comments: I would simply like for Nintendo to send me a Wii U Console for my grievance. 2. i bought a new PSP go system 3 months abd it;s supposed to have a guarrantee of 1 year. I sent the pdrofuct to the company because it was not working and they sent me another sysytem, one that is not mine, that is refurbished and that is scratched. The problem it's that Nintendo never let you know of this policy. Until they fix and and sent back its that you realized this fraudulent practice. --- Additional Comments: I want my system back, either they fix it or they send me a new one. i dont want a refurbished product since i bought a new one.'
1. Flipnote Studio 3D (for the Nintendo 3DS) was to be released in early Aug 2013. 7 months have passed without nary a word from Nintendo. This is not the first instance of this occurring either. Nintendo promised to release Super Mario Bros. 3 for the 3DS Virtual Console before the end of 2013 and never arrived to this day! --- Additional Comments: All I want is for them to keep their promises and release the titles. At the very least give us 3DS owners an update.
4 is pretty legit, though. Nintendo's auto-censors tend to get a bit wild, especially when they start using words from other languages. Funnily enough, Nintendo once censored the name of a Pokemon - "Cofagrigus".

3. Contact Ubisoft, not Nintendo. Nintendo isn't in charge of the content of 3rd party games. This one will be thrown out the window

Yup. I had to misspell my last name to get it to work in Tomodachi Life.
My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.
For the people with low attention spans:
5) This guy sent Nintendo his Game Boy and never got a replacement. In 2011.
4) Parents are saying their kids can't use their actual names in games, Miiverse, etc. because Nintendo's swear filter won't let them.

I think this one is better for that image. The fact this person sent it to the wrong company is worthy of a few palms to the face
