Going to go to 11th (YATTA! the worst is behind me... Maybe) Ill be on here to im not going to OVERSTUDY like I did 9th and 10th that just got me bad grades. Ill do what most my friends do... "Study" as they say but there on the computer and play videogames I know it, one of my friends says he doesnt want to come out because hes "Studing" and his sisters say hes on the computer.

I'm starting my first year of high school in 2 weeks. I'm glad I'm starting later than most, because I still have some homework to finish. Yes, I have reading homework. Even in the summer. And this is only the first time being an honors student didn't work out for me.

I go back on the 8th September. I don't know what grade this would be because I don't know how America's grade system works but I'll be in year 11 which is the second and last year of GCSEs.
An American's eleventh year is their Sophmore year in high school. (10th grade) Also, what does GCSE stand for?
Thanks, that helps. GCSE stands for General Certificate of Secondary Education, I actually didn't know that, I just looked it up. There are younger members on this website than I thought.
I start the 1st for two days then Labor Day weekend (how STUPID!) but I'm hitting Jr. Year....tough one I hear.
Yeah your Junior is usually your hardest year. Next year is usually easier though because most of the hard stuff is out of the way and sign up for easy crap like wood shop or gym (assuming there aren't many state required courses wherever you go to school at). Or be like me and only sign up for one easy course.
