Don't have the time to really respond to that last one at the moment hehe, but take a look at this.

Hemp oil seems to be thee greatest natural Cancer knockout, give this link a good read! It's part of the cancer protocol, being the number 1 fighter, which also includes > (magnesium chloride, iodine, selenium, alpha lipoid acid and sodium bicarbonate)

http://medicalmarijuana.com/experts/expert/title.cfm?artID=86

Here's a little bit based on Leukemia, which my father actually passed away from.

LEUKEMIA
"if you treat leukemia with hemp oil, it often produces very dramatic results quickly. Leukemia is one of the easiest internal cancers to cure. The first place the THC goes after entering the body is directly into the bloodstream. If cancer is present in the blood stream; it will not be present for long."

HEMP OIL vs. Pharmaceuticals (Chemicals)

"Chemical medications are liver toxic. That means that (such) chemicals should not be in our bodies. They are poison. Chemotherapy and radiation are both carcinogenic which means these treatments can cause cancer. The size of a tumor can be reduced with chemotherapy or radiation. However, in a great number of cases, it simply allows the cancer to spread to other organs. Because these treatments are so poisonous to our systems, they simply ruin the immune system. It is silly to call chemotherapy or radiation cancer treatments. For some people with cancer, chemotherapy and/or radiation does work as a delaying tactic but in the end the damage they do is too overpowering. The CT scans are also just a massive dose of radiation, which can CAUSE cancer. Hemp oil is not toxic to the body and when hemp oil is used to treat a cancer, it does no harm to healthy cells. It may put you to sleep—but sleep is just what the body needs to begin healing itself... Chemicals can cause harm. Hemp oil is harmless and encourages good health and rapid healing. Many think cannabis promotes health

Which Plants (Strain) Make the Best Oil?
Strains with 20 +percentage active ingredient (or better if possible). One pound of a 20+ % strain will usually provide enough oil for a complete cancer treatment - (60) grams. The quantity of oil produced per pound will vary from strain to strain. Strains that produce 90-100 grams of oil per one pound of bud are just wonderful.

I feel absolutely terrible for waiting so long to click on this thread...

You've always been one of my favorite posters here @RetroGBHippie92, and this is very disturbing news. I've known about your condition for some time now (ever since that first post a little over a year ago), but I thought you were past the worst of it.

My best friend's mother went through the same thing, and although I wasn't as devastated as her immediate family, I was still very close to them, & was saddened a great deal. I don't know how much of a consolation it is, but I'll be praying for you & your loved ones.

please, please stop posting this sort of thing. my daughter had leukemia from the age of 14 til she died at 19. i know you mean well, but the advice you are giving is dangerous. leukemia is NOT one of the easiest cancers to kill. it is true that little kids are living longer and considered 'cured', but teens are being dx'd more and more and they are dying. the survival chance of a kid over the age of 13 is 60%.

at the time of diagnoses, my daughter's cancer cell count in her bone marrow was 93%. without immediate treatment with chemotherapy, she would have been dead within a month. in order to have a bone-marrow transplant, radiation must be used to kill the existing marrow which contains cancer cells.

the hemp oil you mention is a chemical! chemotherapy, by definition, is therapy using chemicals. immune systems are compromised, but the leukemia is a bigger threat to life.

i am sorry you lost your father to leukemia, but there are many different types and the age at onset varies the treatment greatly. i had 5 years of learning about ALL, the type my cait had.

@WaveBoy I'm not sure Hemp Oil would help my cancer specifically, I have Neuroblastoma, not leukaemia, it's altogether different and I don't know anything about leukaemia anyway. I have had relatives push natural products before, but i'm not a health freak like one or two of them are.
In one case, an aunt of mine tried giving me NingXia Goji (wildberry) berry puree, which was pretty much a really bitter liquid in a red, wine bottle, awefull stuff, she said it could be mixed but that wasn't enough to convince me of it's health benefits.
If you can find out or ask a doctor or someone you know that knows more about using hemp oil for my cancer, then that would be awesome, but I've never really wanted to try drugs nor products made from drug plants, so i'm a little skeptical, naturally of course.

EDIT: The cancer is most notably in my bones, when i was first diagnosed I had severe pain in my legs on a scale of 1-10, I was pretty much a 9, so you can get an idea how bad it was. I remember being at work and I was a Kitchen Hand at the time at a local bar and restaurant, I felt my legs grow in pain over several nights and it got worse every night passing that one night I had to leave mid-shift because of my problem. Of course, eventually I had to go to hospital to get diagnosed, which took longer than usual, It was at least 2 days before the doctors could figure out what I had. Anyway, speaking of my workplace, they didn't seem sympathetic at all, but I won't go into that, still something worth mentioning since I haven't had a job since (I've been on a Invalids benefit the last year and a half).

I hope you get better, bro. As long as you're alive, staying alive is still a very real possibility. There's hope.
My grandpa has cancer at age 79. He has his ups and downs, which sounds alot like diabetes in regards with blood sugar, and other oily substances, so I think @Waveboy is in the right area(maybe not the marijuana part, but you can always make tea out of it which is more practical. Marijuana is legal where I live BTW).
The problem is sacrificing your enjoyable life to stay alive, which isn't always the funnest option. Keep in mind that staying healthy is a good thing to do whether you have cancer or not.
I think you'll be ok.

all cancers are different. there is no 'one size fits all' treatment.

waveboy is NOT in the right area. marijuana is mostly helpful for the nausea that may accompany chemo. cancer has nothing in common with diabetes. a 79 yr old with cancer is vastly different from a 20 yr old, even if the type of cancer is the same.

i am sure that @retrogbhippie92 is getting the best treatment available for his type of cancer. from medical professionals. we do have to be advocates for ourselves when it comes to dealing with doctors, but we also need to trust that they will do their best with available treatments.

this is one area i know much more about than i want to, gained from hard experience.

Wow I dont know what else to say that others haven't but I always admired your passion for Nintendo. I mean honestly you are the true meaning of a fanboy. You pull it off so well without all that negative stuff that people say fanboys do or say. I know I have commented a few times to some of your posts (at this time I dont remember which ones) but you were always a pleasure to talk with.

I hope you enjoy your time at Comic Con and in the states as well. I haven't been down in Southern California in about 5 years (I live in Northern Cali) so besides the normal Disneyland, Universal Studios and Legoland I am not sure what else there is down there to do.

I hope and pray that you will return to us and let us know how your trip went. May whatever higher power you believe in bless you and watch over you.

t there are many different types and the age at onset varies the treatment greatly. i had 5 years of learning about ALL, the type my cait had.

i am sorry that you lost your daughter to leukemia, you brang this up a couple of times quite a while ago but this is the first time you've actually gone in depth about it. They say there's nothing worse than losing your child, so i couldn't imagine what you went through. it's even worse that she was already at a terminal stage when she was diagnosed, she must of been devistated when the doctor or you told her that she only had about a month left unless she went through Chemo. in that case i too would of instantly jumped on the Chemotherapy, Hell, who wouldn't. But if I were struck with leukemia in it's early early stages knowing me i would defintily look for an alternate option and if it didn't pan out, then i'd fall back on Chemo before the disease progressed into something real nasty.

And I've gotta say, what really pissed me off with my father's situation is that the doctors completely messed up and forgot to remove a tooth which was inefected...They mentioned what could happen if it wasn't removed before the treatment, but whoops! they made a little boo boo and completely forgot to remove it. And guess what? Right after he had the treatment he winded up with brain fungi. Lets just say, he wasn't the same person anymore. It completely effected his speach, his manerisims, he appeared more scared, just frightened....it was almost like he was a child. He was also on some type of medication that just made him extremely sensitive, to the point of being in tears no matter how light hearted and completely off topic the conversation was from what he was dealing with. My dad died within a year. Apperantly his type of lukemia was more complicated than the norm.

Anyways, I'm just not a fan of synthetic drugs in general and the nasty side effects they produce or potential long term effects. I also have little respect for many of these obnoxious general practitioners who usually tend to just think in black & white, who also typically know jack squat when it comes to nutrition which is thee most important thing period(you are what you eat) will hand out SSRI/Anxiety/antidepressent slips like tricker treats on halloween. They're toxic to the liver and leach minerals from the body, aside from having a slew of other negative effects including sexual disfunction(great, sex is now out the window, and you can now forget about drinking. Party years officially ruined. Hurray!). I'm not saying they don't work, they can. Hell, i know personally, as i've been on quite a few different types during my teenage years but eventually went off because of the sexual side effects, and always looking under the weather....It seems women aren't into a yellow simpsons complection. :p At least Marge would of been impressed.

But yeah, back on topic(sort of.) Living on earth is cancerous. The toxins were exposed to, be it the Radon in the air, Fluoride in our tap water, from the hormones and antibiotics in the Chicken, turkey, lamb(ect) at your generic super market which are linked to cancer and thyroid diseases, from the pesticides & herbicides(Also linked to cancer) in our vegetables and fruit, the hydrogenated cooking Oils(in peanut butter, pretty much every candy bar at your corner store rack ect ect)and the array of nasty additives(MSG, Soy bean oil, canola oil ect) in processed foods. Where as Processed MEAT would have to be the absolute worstt due to the sodium nitrate, one of thee' WORST thing you could ever put into your body. Hotdogs you could say are the deadliest of the lot, along with doughnuts... In moderation, i'm sure your heart wont explode but the people who eat this crap on a regular basis, including fast food, bacon or sausages for breakfast and their wonderful crispy cream treats at their local doughnut shop are being incredibly foolish. You could always go organic with grass fed Chicken, beef and the like and get a nice reduction in pesticide/herbicides in their organic fruits and veggies at a certified organic food market and not the 'joke' organic isle/section at good ol' Safeway.

Anyhoo, we probably already have a cure for cancer, but the big pharma can't patent it because it's a natural substance, and if everybody found out about it and it actually worked Chemotheropy would be no more, they would lose BILLIONS (don't they make over 120 billion a year alone with chemo?) and tons of people would be out of a job. We live in a greedy world, where we should be helping each other when it comes to our health. I know everybody has to make a living but to what extent?

And marijuana is far more benificial than just reducing nausea that may accompany chemo. It's been proven that Maijuana can in fact kill cancer cells & shrinks tumors aside from other things like reducing migranes, helping with chronic diseases, treats glaucoma, helps with ADD & ADHD,ect. You can even watch the cancer cells being killed from marijuana via video footage online. Give this video a watch, pretty interesting!

@everyone I have to agree with theblackdragon, none of you can really be real doctors and since my cancer is more specified and not a well known cancer disease, it's best we leave things to the experts.
