Topic: Ed, Edd n Eddy

I don't think it's set in Canada, especially since there's an episode where they call turkey basters "Canadian squirt guns."

It wasn't really cancelled in my opinion, just retired.

I used to love this show. My favorite episode was when Eddy was getting unlucky every time this phone rang.

I think the creators realized that the show was losing it's magic, charm and personality and about to become terrible, like the new Spongebobs, so they tried changing the setting from summer to fall, with no avail. So ultimately I think they stopped it rather than let it become terrible.

My favorite episode was the one with Rolf thinking that he was back in his homeland. That scene with Rolf smelling that shoe and fainting from it makes me laugh so hard everytime.

You guys ranting about spongebob... meh, I could care less.

It's a great show and I still like it. I don't understand the ranting about 2007 - 2010

The Eds had a good long run; I'm glad they didn't drive the series into the ground. I didn't like the school episodes at all, but all of the old original episodes were good. My top favorite is the sleepwalking Ed episode.

Nowadays, I only turn to Cartoon Network for three reasons: Courage, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, and Tom & Jerry. Boomerangs the best place for cartoons now.

Nice. Boomerang has the better cartoons of the old days, CN now is running some grade-A garbage on their channels. I hate watching the live-action shows. I go there for those reasons and also a little Adult Swim action.

I heard that part of the reason the spongebob episodes went down in quality is because Steven Hillenburg (or whatever his name is) stopped writing after the movie.

That may be it, but still, Spongebob needs to die. I feel like the writers for Spongebob episodes nowadays find their inspiration from Tweets. It's disgusting how terrible they are. Every good concept runs out of ideas eventually. Even South Park will run out of ideas eventually.
