I also want to discuss about whether Ponyo and Arriety should be nominated or not. It was not made by Walt Disney studios, however it was distributed to the west by Disney.
I would think about it this way: Would you consider Professor Layton and Bravely Default in Nintendo's arsenal?

I would say no. If we're excluding Pixar, which is actually owned in full by Disney as a first party studio, then we should probably exclude Studio Ghibli as well.
3D animated is allowed, Ghibli isn't. If you want to, we can add Pixar and ghibli... Though that would be better for a different poll.
