Topic: NEW FORUM: Trading Post

Basically a place for people to sell/trade their video games to/with other members on Nintendo Life. It'd be great, and probably a lot less expensive than buying them!

It was a nice feature on the old forum, so I wouldn't mind seeing it here. But deals didn't seem to work out very often, and the old forum is still available if anyone does want to trade -- the only reason I still check it every now and then.

Or, you can try Amazon or ebay...

They don't offer trading (that I know of), only buying and selling. I like game for game trades more than buying and selling, personally. Everything's much simpler when money's not involved.

@Adam: I thought Amazon.com did game trading?

I'd be way down for trading, I have maaaad games for NES, SNES, SMS, Genesis, Dreamcast, Saturn, all the way up to Wii and 360, and the majority of them just sit there. Let me know if anyone has a substantial game library and wants to work out some trades. Whoever is interested let me know, I'll get u my email address and you can send me a list of games you want, per system or something.

Nice! I used to be a member to a site like this for CDs, called Lala.com.

goozex.com is for disk only games! I still have A LOT of carts I'd be interested in trading. Let me know!

the only thing that sucks about it is that there has to actually be someone who wants your games before you can earn points to get the games you want. that's what stopped me from using it, lol.

Anyone in the UK Interested in swapping a brand new copy of OKAMI for the Wii, it is the one HMV were doing in the limited edition cardboard sleeve, it is still in the cellophane wrapping. I bought 2 copies by mistake & never ended up returning it.

What were you interested in swapping it for, Stevie?

I used to use EB games to sell games, but now I use half.com, as I get a better value.

I used the trading forum on VC-Forums a couple times, and I really preferred that. It was more personal.

I like the idea.

BTW I have a Japanese SSBB to trade. I'll take £10 cash or trade of some form if anyone's interested.
