I'm just waiting for Final Fantasy V and VI remakes, along with the 3DS itself.

That is mostly the same for me. The part that isn't is that I don't have DQIX.

I'm not really sure.. because the new FF isn't turnbased right? I have a real time RPG for my PS2 which is fine, but I want a turnbased RPG.. something like Disgaea or Chrono Trigger.

As far as I know it will be turn based. This one it supposed to be very old school. Need to buy spells and weapons and can only carry so many of each till you need to buy more. Also very limited in the amount of items you can carry with you at any given time. This one might actually be the hardiest of the 3 cus etrain odyssey will be the hardiest.

There are still many other RPG's on the DS system. Chrono Trigger and Pokémon are awesome.

I already have DQIX and it's splendid. I'll want FF4HoL and maybe GS. I'll wait for a review for that and I might get Etrain Odyssey 3. I need a good hardcore game

I am dying to play DQIX, but tomorrow I'll be able to purchase it!

That's how I feel. I need to play through the first GBA games too. I was going to pick them up when I was looking for preorder deals for Golden Sun DS. New copies of GS games can go around for more than $100 USD a piece! Used copies can go for around $10 bucks a piece but that's for the cart only. If I'm going to buy a game I want it to be complete as possible, so chances are I'm not going to find a decently priced copies of GS1 or 2 before GSDS comes out. So unless you already own them or know somebody who owns a copy good luck trying to find them.

I would like to see a compilation re-release of both GBA games on a DS cart but there is no chances of that happening, so if I'm going to play them both before GSDS come I just might have to....hmmm?......

I'm really looking forward to Golden Sun: dark dawn, but if you're a big fan or RPG's you should check out Beyond the Yellow Brick Road, its surprisingly good.

I don't know if I'll ever have time for another RPG on DS, seeing as I don't know when I'll find time to complete the two Pokemon games I have now. The trailer for Golden Sun looked really awesome at E3 though. I haven't played the GBA ones at all, so I don't know how it plays. That's the one I'm most excited about.

I honestly wish there were more RPG games on Wii. RPG's are pretty easy to do on a portable, since you don't really need super fancy graphics. I just prefer such long games to be on a console. With a portable it's too easy to put it down for a while and forget where you are.

that's the exact oposite of me lol. I usually don't have tim,e to sit through a 50 hour adventure on a home console, such as Twilight Princess

@TokenGirl: You should get it as it's not exactly connected to the last two games so you can't get confused from the past plot. Just to warn you though...it gets pretty complex when the story is so intertwined.
