If you collect lots of pokémon, you get additional boxes. I think it's not infinite, though. I believe you can update your number of boxes twice.

Incidentally, did you know the Psychic-type Elite Four member, Caitlin, is the lady that appears in the Battle Castle in Platinum as well in HeartGold and SoulSilver. She appears next to one of the Frontier Brains.

At the moment there are 8 boxes, capable of holding 30 Pokémon each, as well as a Battle Box that is handy for holding your ideal battle line-up when going into a vs. battle locally or online. As Rensch says though, I believe you can update the number of boxes

@nfreak007 A few hidden paths to explore, nothing out of the ordinary for Pokémon games. Shifting camera works well but takes a lot of getting used to!

May be a touch on the naive side but I do believe that anyone who read your request would still take it seriously since this forum does have a smaller community feel to it. I can't see IGN having the same level of one on one communication with it's user base and I'm sure no one here wants it to stop.
