Topic: Streetpass

Hey guys! So me and my wife have had our 3DSs for almost a month now and so far we are very happy about the purchase! One particular feature that I like the most about the 3DS is the streetpass feature!

Not only it makes me want to carry around my 3DS with me, to interact with "actual" people is pretty awesome! I also bought the Mii Plaza game bundle and so far I enjoy all the games except flower towns...

So my questions for you guys,
1. How do you like the Streetpass feature? (I LIKE it ALOT)
2. Do you carry your 3DS with you all the time?(YUP)
3. How many street pass tags do you get everyday?(2~5)
4. Which game in Mii Plaza do you enjoy the most?(Warriors way)
5. Would you buy Mii Plaza games if Nintendo come out with more?(YUP)
6. Which games's streetpass feature do you like the most?
(None for me...Project X zone doesn't have that feature, but my wife loves streetpassing for AC:NL)

I live in the Vancouver area in British Columbia and I usually get 2~5 tags on average per day by commuting back and forth from work. If I pay a visit to the mall in Richmond I usually get 10! I was quite surprised that there are quite a few 3DS around in Vancouver!

3. Depends on my trips. I can get 3 on one day and like 30 on another
4. Mii Force and that haunted one
5. Yes

1) Being Canadian make me hate the Streetpass feature. (Canada is second biggest country in the world with so little population compared to most countries.)
2) Yes, and only luck I get is from Anime North or Nintendo Zones but even most McDonalds taking those out in my area.
3) Everyday? Try one or two tags per month!
4) I like the Monster Manor the best then Warrior's Way.

Maybe I should move to Vancouver then since you getting them for some reasons. By any chances you getting Clara or Scott in your 3DS? Those are my friends that came from Greater Toronto Area.

Hey! Yeah I'm surprised too by the amount of passes I get everyday! Maybe because the asian community here are bigger? Not stereotyping just.....hah. I don't think I've ever tagged Clara/Scott.

Do you not play the Mii plaza games?

1.) I love it. It absolutely brightens my day when I have that green light at the end.

I live on a campus (an isolated environment basically.) So I more-or-less Streetpass the same people everyday. Some of these people, I met just because I figured out that they were so-and-so on Streetpass.

1) It's all right
2) Yes
3) 17ish or so every day (but only cuz of a streetpass zone that's along the way to college)
4) Puzzle swap (very OCD and it bothers me that I still need 11 more pieces to have them all) and Monster Manor
5) Yeah (but then again I have a really bad videogame shopping addiction)
6) AC, RE: revelations, SSF4 had a cool one too but the game itself just wasn't for portables.

You should try Monster Manor and Warrios way. These 2 games are AWESOME. The bundle for 14 bucks for 4 games and it is pretty worth it for the amount of content you get! It definitely makes streetpassing more enjoyable!

1 streetpass per day on average, (my sister has a 3ds Xl too), other than that not much luck.

I'm getting Streetpass at home from a neighbor these days How cool is that? Too bad he has no puzzle pieces, and nothing to contribute to warrior's way.

3. 1 LOL. Sometimes 2 or more if I'm lucky. Used to get more when I had school during the day, but now I only have a night class.
4. Mii Force, but I also really like the one where you plant flowers. Lol.

6. Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I like to see how people decorated their homes and they can see the huge mess my home is in! Haha.

If you really wanna get some streetpass you can always visit mcdonalds. They have streetpass relays there.

6. I liked Resident Evil Revelations, where it was actually required for you to get the best gear. I also liked how it was used for Bravely Default.

1. it's pretty good I like Streetpass
2. only when I don't go walking(can't walk on the streets with a kinda expensive device. there are exceptions, though, like when classes finish too early in college but in those cases it wasn't predicted and I'm usually not alone)
3. anything between 0 and 10 it's pretty unpredictable

5. didn't buy the current ones yet so I don't know what to expect
6. Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate(hunters for hire are useful) and Resident Evil Revelations(more ammo is always good and Raid Mode missions have great rewards )

1. How do you like the Streetpass feature? Obviously! It is very useful when I go to places like school and right off the bat get like 4 more puzzle pieces. It also helps when some Streetpass items can be gotten with Play Coins.

Tough question. It is a tie between Street Fighter, Mario Kart, and AC:NL. All have fantastic Streetpass features.

I really like streetpass, especially warriors way, but my cousin has a 3ds xl (as do i) and, just today, we both went out with them both in the same bag next to each other and she got 3 streetpasses and i got none. Why? Can anyone ease my confusion?
