Japan's getting this: http://www.jupiter.co.jp/3ds/picrosse/ for 500 yen.

It's a sequel to Picross DS for the DS. Would be amazing to get if it released over here! Screw Mario Picross...this is where it's at!

I thought Picross 3D was the sequel to Picross DS. I hope they release a 3DS version of that.

I'm always down for more Picross, so if this comes as an eShop release or a cartridge release, I'll be getting it for sure.

Exactly.

PLEEEEEESE Nintendo, bring this to the US!!! I'm going through Picross withdrawal. When are they going to release Mario's Super Picross (Wii VC) in the US. Hopefully, they will release Mario's Picross (3DS VC) soon, and possibly the much better sequel (as an import).

I don't care about picross but it's annoying how lacking 3DSware is in the west as Japan already have 14 games on the service while there are only 3 available in the west at the moment.

I would SO buy this if it came out in America! Come on Nintendo! I don't want to settle for Mario Picross (if we get it at all) with no stylus control!

They'll probably release both around the same time so the two can piggyback sales off of each other; that's what I'd do if I was making that sort of decision, at least.

Anyway, I'm also pumped that Jupiter is developing it; I loved (Jupiter-devved) Picross DS's minimalist style over (HAL Lab-Devved) PIcross 3D's style. That yellow brick thing kinda creeped me out.

Exactly.

Could never have enough Picross.

Hell, this may even be a start of a new trend! After the many, MANY Sudoku games that appeared on the DS and DsiWare, maybe the 3DS will have a flood of Picross games?

...I hope it doesn't come to that. I guess we could have enough PIcross after all.

Although this one will have to prove that it couldn't just have been done on DSiWare as well. I just
can't . resist . Picross .
