Let me start out by saying im not over 18. Got it? Ok...
My NNID's age is under 18 too. I'm wondering if my 3DS will allow me to play m+ games. Thanks in advance.

Playing Mature rated games is always allowed unless Parental Controls prevent it.
Downloading Mature rated games require an age of 17 and up.

I'm not planning to download them, I'm planning to buy them from GameStop.
Your question doesn't even make sense, then. Your NNID has nothing to do with buying games at GameStop.
He was wondering if his NNID prevents him from playing M rated games, which is not the case.

@SCAR392 Take a nice long look at the first post. The OP wasn't sure of the extensiveness of the NNID.

I get that now, but it's still a pretty long stretch to think NNIDs would effect physical versions, aside from online interaction.
Nintendo isn't THAT strict Hasn't anyone heard the 12 year olds on CoD for Wii U, or Titan Fall on Xbox One? They prevent the purchase, which is essentially saying you can't play online. This is a physical game, so they didn't sell it to you.
