I loved this game on Game Boy Color, but not being able to play it on SP is a bummer. Anyone else like to see Nintendo update this amazing little gem for 3DS?
VC is the most likely option, I'd say but it would require some re-working to map the new motion hardware into the game and they don't tend to do any re-working, do they?
I wouldn't think a 3DS version would be too likely as they wouldn't really be able to use the 3D effect as you'd lose it as you tilt the device.

Well if Sega can use the tilt and 3D on Super Monkey Ball, I'm sure Nintendo can figure it out. But I'm like you, probably not terribly likely, although I'll hold out hope just the same.
They said they would remake some games on the service. Maybe this is one of them. I think the original would probably be hardest on the gameboy player for the Gamecube lol.
I suppose it would be nice. I only played it once during Hurricane Rita at a friend's house, and from what I've played of it back then I thought it was good.
Considering it was one of the best Gameboy Color games and since Kirby was born on Gameboy- I'd say why not bring it to VC or EVEN a 3D remake as Classic Gameboy games will be remade in 3D.

They don't even have to update it- with the gyro controls, they could rerelease it on the VC!
