Okay so

1. I really like playing with people online.
2. I like games that has huge collectible and things to unlock.
3. I like open world game.
4. I like games with good story

So Kid Icarus fits with 1,2&4 which I already have. Almost every game that I have has online play (except for SM3DL).. I'm very confused which one to buy. Fire Emblem, Luigi's Mansion or Lego City 3D ,, ??
I DONT KNOOOW ...

There's a recommendations thread.

By your description, none of those games are good fitters, but I'd go in the order you listed them.

Link goes here now.
Screw you.

The only one with online play is Dark Moon, but Fire Emblem is one of the best games for the system.

A multiplayer, open-world game with a good story is going to be difficult to find on any system. Not impossible, but difficult. On the 3DS I don't think you have an option that fits the bill.

You have to choose between Online and collectibles, Good story and collectibles, or open world and collectibles.

Is Luigis Mansion's online play that good, any after game unlockables ? Fire Emblem, does it have 2 player options ? Lego City, does it have streetpass and are collectibles huge ?

Luigi's Mansion multiplayer is fun but pretty basic, the meat of the game is in the campaign. Fire Emblem is a long game, with a good story and deep gameplay mechanics that involve learning many skills and creating an army of different classes, so not collectible items but lots to do and work towards. Lego City is fairly open-world, but there's not much to collect. You're not going to get a game that does everything you've asked for in the opening post.

You might not have considered it because it's an acquired taste, but the entire point of Animal Crossing is collecting. It also has great online features and is almost open-world, in that you can do whatever you want and you can visit other player's towns and homes. There's LOTS of stuff to collect, including custom patterns made by players. The catch is that not everyone enjoys the gameplay. There's no ultimate goal, it's just a relaxing way to collect stuff and express yourself. But it's another option. I've been playing on the Japanese version and it's great fun, relaxing, and very addictive. The European and American versions are released mid-June. I didn't actually enjoy previous Animal Crossing games that much but really like the new one. It's the perfect game to have as a download on your 3DS so it's always there. When you have a little while or between other games, you can dive into your world and just chill and design your town.

I'd also look at Fire Emblem: Awakening. It's turn-based, so you'd have to be ok with that, and the multiplayer offering isn't up to much, but it does have lots of characters to obtain, some only through Streetpass, and it has a decent story.

Woops, you already have KI:U.

Fire Emblem has very limited multiplayer options. You can play other people's teams which you get through streetpass, and you can do a strange cooperative mode where your characters team up. No vs. mode, though.

Don't get Lego City undercover. Alright, that brings us down to two options.
LM:DM is a well made game but to me FE:A is so much more fun. If you enjoy strategy games I would recommend it - but you just need to look at the gameplay and some reviews of each; only you know what you'll enjoy most.

Get FE: A it's too much fun to pass up.

By your description of what you're looking for, it sounds like LM is the closest match. It's not open world, but you do get to sort of explore the mansions at will and there's online multi-player.

Fire Emblem Awakening has insane replayability (just look at all the marriage combinations!) but no online. Luigi's Mansion has online, but I seriously doubt you would spend 100+ hours and not even be halfway there.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.
