Topic: Capcom charging $50 for Resident Evil: Revelations.

That's one thing I wondered. Do Vita games save on the game card or memory sticks? DS and 3DS cards a kinda thick compared to Vita's game cards which are thin and probably has no space to have some "memory unit" or batter-whatever they call it.

Some Vita games save in the Game card while others save on the Memory Card. Thier is no way to take saves on the gamecard to the memory stick. Games that need the memory stick won't play without one in the system.

Hm, so I'm going to assume LBP and Modnation Racers save to Memory card but Wipeout and UMvC3 will save to from the game card.

Wait a minute... My psp had no memory stick when I bought it last year.

If you noticed (or at least in my PSP-3000's box) there was a little indention in the box that was the perfect shape to hold a memory stick... It's like they're taunting us D:

Vita games are on a flash card thing, so why do you need a separate memory card to save game data? (unless the memory card is specifically for DLC)

Perhaps some memory constraints?

Do we know how much these memory cards will cost? If they are more than Memory Sticks, then count me out. Why can't Sony just use SD cards or Memory Sticks? They're used in pretty much any device these days.

Sony allows us to use any standard hard drive in the PS3, yet they are restricting Vita users to a proprietary medium?

Oh well, at least it's not as bad as Microsoft using overpriced proprietary hard drives in the Xbox 360...

For a shooter of any type, that's good. Plus, it might have some good replay value.

I'll keep it simple though --> The 4GB model is 2,200yen (approximately $29), 8GB 3,200yen ($42), 16GB 5,500yen ($72), and if you want to go the whole hog, a 32GB style will set you back 9,500yen ($124)

wow.. 4GB SD cards go for $8 last I checked at Staples. 16GB for about $25. Total rip off. Expected. Just get a Memory stick duo or whatever from Walmart. Dont get Sony branded memory cards.

I think $40 would be a fantastic price for Console games. They would sell so many i know I would buy a ton more. They only charge $60 because they know they'll still sell.

Would be funny if Sony were to release their PSV without memory cards, which they probably will.

You can't use any other memory cards on the Vita. It only uses those proprietary cards.

Sony would be better off just quitting the video game industry. I have a PS3, but I'm starting to regret it.

• The XMB interface is terribly ugly
• Wireless download speeds are sluggish
• The controller doesn't have a removable battery, and it can't charge while the system is off or in sleep mode
• Content on PSN is overpriced (especially games)
• No party chat
• PS Move hardware is too expensive
• Blu-ray drive is slow
• Some games force mandatory data installs which takes up hard drive space

Maybe I should have bought an Xbox 360, but then I'd miss out on Uncharted and God of War. C'est la vie.

So... Going back to the $50 Resident Evil.
Will anyoe buy it for $50 or will you wait for a lower price?

I might buy it full price. Most likely I will. But right now, I don't have a job and am desperately applying to places so I can start getting things back on track.
