I have an question for people who play 3D Sega Classic games. Can you see the 3D in eShop description? I can't tell it is in 3D or not while I am looking at the screenshot as well the video.

They are not in 3D in the eShop screen shots and videos. They should be though, since that's a major selling point.

I loved the 3DS shinobi Untitled

I will say this about the Sega 3D Classics. They are absolutely just as good as any Retail games coming out at this time and a Steal at 5.99. Sega is Single Handedly saving the 3d Classics! Where are you nintendo? Sega is putting you to shame!

A physical cart with all of these collected would be neat-o.

Just grabbed Space Harrier, Super Hang-On, and Shinobi III. I only played Space Harrier so far, but so far I'm impressed by the improvements and sheer amount of options. Seriously, this is the type of effort you'd expect from a retail release, not a $6 download. I'm glad I picked this up. Space Harrier has never been more fun. I got all the way to stage 6 on one life...and then proceeded to use them all up on stages 6 and 7 (continues included...). The touch controls make this game play like a dream, though I had to uninvert them to make it more natural.

please i beg to differ TwoTheNines

i just got 3ds shinobi 9 days before the realease of the shinobi III classic so my memory is fresh and unstained.
i was very pleased at first cause i somehow felt right at home. i did the oposite journey new gen game -> retro game
both game i played first time and im not shinobi veteran!!!
keep that in mind pls
and i have to say ... sorry nostalgic folks : the controls in shinobi III are god awful ! im serious they are terrible ...
shinobi 3ds controls feel very fluid and ninja like plays like a breeze --> perfect flow
on the other hand the classic game ...
yes yes i used ninja expert and mapped buttons EXACTLY like in the 3ds retail game and i didnt even come to stage 5 cause of the god awful controls ...
double jumping is a ragequitting torture i say !!
and i can perfectly double jump in any metroid game retro or not(thought ms retro dj were very hard.

though shinobi III is beautiful id give it 5/5 graphics and depth
but controls 2/5 points (2 only for custom key effort)
gameplay id say since hampered with controls and NOT fluid 3/5

still merry christmas

to all the 3ds sega classic veterans out there i got a question:
i already got shinobi III
and i want further support 3d classics (although the terrible controls in shin3 )
if you would choose an additional game from 7 sega classics which one would u get?!
i got no nostalgic connect to any of the games so i want an impressive 3ds game with smooth control and gameplay with retro sprites ...

You may differ! I think we come to these games from different places, which happens when comparing games with many many years between them. I admit that I do sometimes like the old cranky and slower controls (by comparison) of older games and sometimes find the super smooth and quick action controls of newer games bore me all too soon. But that's just my personal preference. And it's not always my preference for every game or series.

I feel you won't go wrong with Super Hang On after reading this post

Just played through streets of rage twice in a row today. I suck so I used a hundred continues but that didn't hamper the fun. I plugged the 3DS into my speaker system and the audio played loud is fantastic.

I would say either Sonic or Galaxy Force. Both are just great. If you like racing you can't go wrong with Hang On either. I've all of them so far. Go Go Go Sega!

Even after buying the Eshop Collection I would Indeed by a cartridge with all of these even if it was high end 39.99. Sega has gone all out on these games and they impress

i feel the same way awesome efforts by sega. The only game I wish they had done differently is sonic. The game is great but I wish it was full screen

I LOVE these 3D classics, I bought Sonic The Hedgehog, & I absolutely love it.
I'm debating whether to buy Sonic 2 now or wait and hopefully they'll bring it out in 3D.

If you are referring to the VC Game Gear Sonic 2, This is good, but if there is a 3D Classics version, it will be the Megadrive Version, which (in my opinion) is the greatest Sonic game ever made, albeit an easy game to finish

Yeah, I like the Game Gear version, but I think I'll hold out & hope for a 3D classic.

Get both the Game Gear version and get the Genesis/MD version when that comes out. Both games are actually completely different despite sharing the same name.

Well, seeing how Nintendo isn't giving you much VC choice I have downloaded all the SEGA 3D classics and enjoy each one because they offer different gameplay styles of awesomeness... If you want SEGA to release more of these mofo's then I suggest that ya'll show support and buy up
