Surprised to see them honour the purchases at the wrong prices. I'm guessing they could've slated some kind of small print terms and forcibly reversed the purchases, but they realised the poor PR image it would've caused

I love all the Animal Crossing games I've played (ever since the GameCube release); they all have their own pros and cons. Even spent a good amount of time on the mobile version Pocket Camp before it got "taken offline" - loved the levelling up aspect of the mobile release, making it much easier to see your level of friendship with the neighbours.

I got mine back in October… I really should go and make more progress in DK Bananza 🙈

I know many Nintendo games show a 3+ age rating but I personally think it's too early 😅

Playing this on Series X at the moment via Game Pass. I definitely wouldn't pay full price for such a short game, but I'll happily play it via subscription. Hopefully, they do more deals with MS in future.

Back to the game, it does feel a bit annoying that it doesn't "save" your clues into the ingame notebook.

It's already available here in Hong Kong, saw it at HK$360 (about £36). Would've been tempted if it weren't for all the bugs and glitches 😓

Pity most of the British C64 developers/publishers are probably defunct now, so there won't be any games from them, due to licencing issues.

What's the co-op mode like? I have hazy memories of playing this on someone else's SNES back in the day, and fondly remember the side-on platforming sections...

Well, they always wanted the Wii to attract the casual/family market. Most of the people who are in that audience probably don't download much...

If they want to charge for online features, I'd rather they charge us for using the Wii online, and in doing so, actually provide a service that doesn't suck, to put it mildly.

I found out via mag that I read that the Wii USB ports can be used to charge ipods. Now if only there was some sort of Apple/Nintendo collaboration. I mean, the Wii was designed (aesthetically) with the ipod in mind...

I'm torn between spending my precious points on this or Paper Mario.

Just got this game. That theme tune is back and etched into my mind all over again. I never had the NES original, only the GB one where you couldn't see most of the map on one screen. It's great for a quick blast now and then, but probably won't do as well if played for long stretches.

It's sunday evening, and there suddenly seems to be a lot of cards up for grabs (if you could get more than one a day, though!).

This is getting ridiculous. I logged in to see ">200 of the 500 points cards available", thanking my lucky stars I caught them when they were put on there. 10 minutes of "now loading" and nothing happens. Then it times out, and the cards are all out of stock...
