If it runs well, definitely. But that's because it's worth $50 to me and is one of my favorite games of all time. I do understand the issue with the $50 price tag though and I don't like this trend in gaming. So that's my fairly hypocritical answer.
With global inflation and a US recession I think it's time for a price cut and Nintendo Selects. Let this thing go out with a bang. Pretty much everyone who wants a Switch has one by now. Let bring the "multi-Switch household" that Nintendo wanted to life and price in it a way that the outliers who are curious about the Switch can't afford not to buy one. If we're in swan song times lets sing, Nintendo!
Tin Foil Hat Comment - Maybe TotK will tie up the whole "cyclical nature" of Zelda/Ganon/Link timeline and we can get a soft reboot of the series starting with a Zelda 1 remake in the style of the manual art. This would allow Nintendo to create a more cohesive Zelda story/timeline going forward.
Yup, while my frame rate seemed to be okay; every time I get the "freezing" status in survival mode it crashes my game. That's just a little to meta for me Bethesda! It's a shame because I was really enjoying survival mode and my 'smoothest' playthrough of Skyrim ever was on the Switch when it originally came out. Hoping for a fix soon.
Im making my way through Islets right now and it's great! It's no Hollow Knight, but if anyone was put off by Hollow Knights difficulty Islets might be more up their alley. Great game!
How is @KateGray the only one to mention Elden Riiing!? 140 hours in and it still hasn't taken its hold off of me. Great game and more likely than not how I'll be spending my weekend
Diagnosed type 1 about 10 years ago now. I probably won't check the island out, but its nice to see some representation. Especially nice to note the difference between type 1 and type 2, way to go @KateGray
Limits help creativity. Nintendo certainly has the exclusives to win, however the next Switch will need to be a little more powerful to squeeze in some better ports.
@WoomyNNYes I can definitely understand that. However I'm a big believer in the fact that limits help drive creativity. You can see this with how Nintendo games are compared to a lot of AAA titles which seem to have a lot of fluff, huge budgets for graphics, and a lack of good gameplay. Not all AAA games are like that of course, but we see it happening more and more. I'm not sure how well Nintendo could keep its vision if it got bought out my Microsoft or entered the power race.
@Dragonite89 What a completely baseless claim. Because he has a position of power he must have skeletons in his closet (possibly up to or including sexual harassment or rape?)? Chances are we all have some skeletons in our closet but that shouldn't keep anyone from doing or saying the right thing. Perhaps he's a good dude who has a generally good moral compass, is that not in the realm of possibility? Keep in mind this was an internal email. Its not "preachy" to send a good message and reinforce the fact that the entertainment company you help manage has its ship sailing in what seems to be a good trajectory.

There has always been fire in Mario/Yoshi games. Working as intended. Feature not a bug.
Thankfully no one was hurt.
