My LAN port worked perfectly for 3 months and then just up and died suddenly one day. My wifi is much slower and the LAN port is one of the reasons I upgraded to Switch 2, so I set up a repair with Nintendo of Canada and mailed it in. They already warned from the start that they would just send a replacement which tells me this must be a bigger issue issue. Luckily so far this new dock works well, and because my Switch 2 is still under warranty I didn't have to pay for it. Thanks, Nintendo!
😄 I was just gonna say the ability to finally craft multiple items at once was my favourite reveal but anubisvel beat me to it. It was a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, but should have gotten more screen time as it's a highly requested QoL fix.
Just like Alex Olney, I too have been swept up by the Zelda: Echoes hype, so I'm also replaying the Link's Awakening remake. Fantastic and adorable as always, but I am noticing more of the framerate dips and blips in my 2nd playthrough. Hopefully Nintendo (Grezzo?) irons those out for EoW.
@anoyonmus I didn't say Madden was the 7th, I said the 7th was Knockout City and that maybe Madden would be part of a hypothetical set of new EA games for the 2021-22 fiscal year if they continue with this 7-games-a-year approach.
And I definitely knew about Lost in Random, there's a link to the NL page in this article. I watched that EA Play when it announced and remember thinking LiR was the only good-looking game from that whole presentation — also yay it's coming to Switch!
@saotomemtl Cool, that's what I thought. The article says only 6 have been announced but with Knockout City (which some reviewers are saying is actually a pretty fun time) I think we already have our 7 for the year. Hallelujah, EA... 😐
Isn't the 7th EA game coming to Switch Knockout City? The previous article with Jeff Grubb's reported list includes an "EA Originals title from Velan Studios."
If Madden's coming to Switch maybe it part of EA's 7 Switch games for 2021-22, if they continue their bare minimum approach with Nintendo. Though I'd much rather have NHL21...
I dunno, when I see Disney+ charging $30US just to rent the new live-action Mulan - on top of its $10-per-month - $60US ($80 for me in Canada) doesn't seem as bad for an updated game with additional content/DLC and dozens of hours of entertainment.
Regardless, I am stoked! Loved the first two Pikmin. Hopefully this confirmation gives more creedence to Nintendo's worst kept secret re: the Mario remasters.
Snagged Dragon Quest XI S from that insanely huge eShop sale — I'm about 10 hours into it with many, many, MANY more to come.
Plus my daily New Horizons visit; Sword to catch those pesky, elusive Gigantamax Pokémon I'm missing before the expansion comes; and Clubhouse Games (my wife and I really enjoy it, especially the touch-compatible games like Yacht Dice, Speed, and Air Hockey).
