Super Mario World hands down. That was my childhood. And if any games are nostalgia-tinted it's Super Mario 64. I missed the N64 completely so I played it on VC and after playing Sunshine and Galaxy first I wasn't impressed.
Honorable Mentions: Donkey Kong Country, Final Fantasy III and Super Metroid.

I was hoping for a late port like Arkham City for Wii U but this will work too.

I told my girlfriend who loves the Wii about the Wii U and she didn't care and I'm worried others will feel the same, besides the Nintendo faithful like us.

But in all seriousness this is the best possible thing that could happen for the Wii U, because the lack of third-party support (except for maybe Rayman Origins) and Nintendo's weird resistance on their first-party games now has been what's causing the Wii to already seem dead. Except Skyward Sword. Cannot forget Zelda!

FINALLY! You people have no idea how long I've wanted to play FF6, but I was to cheap/lazy to buy the SNES/GBA versions. Downloading right now.

I am one of those protesters. I want Xenoblade, Pandora's Tower, The Last Story, New Play Control Pikmin 2, Earthbound, Terranigma, Donkey Kong 64 and FF6 for the VC. That's not to much to ask considering all of those have been released in other regions....(except for some of the VC, but come on!)

@turtlelink Super Mario World is Super Mario Bros. 4. It said it right on the Japanese box art. And there's New Super Mario Bros. and New Super Mario Bros. Wii, so I think the hedgehog deserves it more...

Between this, Dragon Quest Collection, Skyward Sword, The Last Story, Pandora's Tower and Xenoblade I might have to wait a while to get Project Cafe just because the Wii isn't dead.

I would be all over this. I became addicted to IX and then played the DS remakes.

Probably will be confirmed at E3 along with The Last Story, Pandora's Tower, Stream, and a bunch of 3DS and Wii games we aren't expecting. They'll probably top last years but every one will say the Wii is dead which it isn't. Yet.
