i’m going to say it………..i hope this generation is forgotten. in all honesty i liked these games AND realized that they weren’t perfect and that game freak needed to do a better job, but (for me at least) i still had fun with them and could see what they were trying to do with these games but thats not the issue, the issue comes from the community. now i’m going to say this once, you can have your opinions and thats fine, if you liked the game thats your opinion and if you didn’t like the game that is also your opinion. my problem with the community is that a lot of people took things way too far. what do i mean? look at the national-dex, the game hasn’t been out for a full year yet and people are still complaining about it. when the dlc’s were announced to have returning pokemon (and a lot of fan favorites might i say) people were frustrated with the price of for both of them. and to be honest, even i wasn’t happy with that. but then they announced that if you didn’t have the dlc’s you could trade with someone that did have those pokemon from them or you could use pokemon home. i thought people would take it with atlas a somewhat open mind, but nope, they did what they have been doing since release, complain. what i’m saying is that when i’m not playing the games and i try to talk to someone about them all the do is complain about the littles things in the game. all in all i just haven’t had any fun with this generation and that was something i was looking forward to, having fun i mean isn’t that the reason we play video games? to have fun while we play them with our friends or other people. i know i know i might be sounding stupid and most people reading are probably thinking i sound like a kid and i agree with that, but i just wanted to say how i felt about this generation as a whole.
