@alasdair91 only three of the Curve games had a RRP > £9 which would net you 20 gold coins, the others at £7.99 earn 10 gold coins, so not quite 100 gold coins for £5 but a good deal nevertheless.
I got the gold coins with the BoxBoy discount too, but am a little sceptical they would be included this time - it devalues the currency as an incentive to buy AAA titles from the eShop. When the offers go live on Friday I'd be interested to hear whether people are getting gold coins with these purchases.
Would be amazing if they made this cross buy on the eShop for both platforms. That would be a great incentive for those sitting on the fence about which system to buy it for and when to upgrade to the NX.
It's time that CeX got realistic with their pricing. Most WiiU games are more expensive there than brand new from online stores. I picked up quite a few GameCube and Wii games from there late in those consoles cycles, but have got anything from them in the last couple of years. They've over expanded and are poor value for money, preferring to sell old mobile phones rather than exchanging games.
Could be tempted if they had a proper account system, but as I'm forced to repurchase many of my digital download games then forget it - especially that those stubbornly high eShop prices.
