Loved the Atari! Adventure (a somewhat Father of The Legend of Zelda), was my favorite.

So as someone who's not into Pokemon, but loves stratagy games like Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 1 & 2 is this a game that I would enjoy? I'm intregued by it.

Qwikman_N_Bass - I kind of agree with you, I'm looking at that and asking myself Why?!?!?! The current model is perfect for my pocket and I carry it everywhere I go to streetpass, theres no way that the XL is fitting in my pocket. I was also wondering with all that extra space not only for the screen, but also for the controls why didn;t they include a second circle pad? I really could care less about using a second onemyself, but you would think that adding one would be a no brainer to help out those who do want to play Icarus or Monster Hunter, etc.

Yes Double Dragon 2! Yeah I also thought at first that it was Gameboy at first when reading this, buit Nintendo is goo also. I really hope that we get the awesome Advance Arcade version for the 3DS e-shop eventually.

I have to disagree with this article, I grew up on these type of games and sure they repeated themselves, but that was the point! The object wasn't exploring different areas and upgrades, it was to see how far you could get and wqho could get the highest score. I loved Donkey Kong, but felt that this was actually the best of the three games.

This looks pretty awesome! But I have to say as a huge fan of the Advance/DS games I'm a bit worried when they say that the games is a reboot in one of the interviews. Theres already a great story in place to be added upon, so why do they need to tell an alternate? Also that makes me think that a reboot means that it won't have the elements that made the previous 6 great? I hope that I'm proven wrong.

I could see additional Nintendoland games being free to play, which in turn would be a way for nintendo to test the waters for the posibility of wiether a character/game would be popular for a full game.

Whats open world mechanic? I should know since I've played them for year, but don't or forgot. I played the DS games through Harry Potter 1 - 4 and then Pirates and Harry Potter 5 - 7 on the Wii.

Speaking of downloads we also got Luigi's Mansion and Paper Mario downloadable trailers! I'm curious though why only a select few are downloadable and not all, I hate trying to watch online and having it buffer a number of times while watching because of my internet connection.

Yeah I downloaded Lego Batman 2 and its awesome! I was sooo impressed by the fight animation and the ability to control your batarangs with the touch screen. I have the Wii version preordered at Gamestop (free Lex Luthor in Green suit lego figure) so I'm curious besides better graphics how different it will be?

So I noticed no mention of Lego Batman in the Europe downloads, does that mean that they only got Heroes of Ruin demo and we only got Lego? If so I'm feeling a tiny bit less jealous.

I don't see how you could use the controller as the portal since the figures have to stay on it and with all the move ment that I do when I play the figure is going to fly off a lot.

It was officially stated in the presentation that it would come with the Wii U System.

Yeah its too soon for a redesign, we will probably find out about a bunch of games and an update of some sort for the 3DS. A new 3DS would only steal the thunder of the Wii U and if I'm remembering correctly Nintendo's never launched two systems in the same year.

Yeah Im also wondering if the Kirby game will be part of the Collection, I would bet that the Collection has the Gameboy game, NES, this one and the the nest 2 or 3 in the series.

I love 50 - 100 hour Zelda games, I say more of them! Or at least rotate like how Mario goes back and forth between Longer Galaxy games and shorter New games.

I used the 3DS charging cradle faithfilly for the first few weeks, then I just used the the cord by itself and haven't gone back.

Im curious how that fact that another Lego like company is currently producing Mario Kart building toys will possibly affect the possibility of a Lego/Zelda set being created.

I don't really see Nintendo using Mario so much as a bad thing, Movies do sequels because they are an almost guaranteed success, which brings in more money so that they can make the more experimental movies. Same thing with toys, collectors hate the transformers repaints, but again that brings in more money and keeps the line going so that more original figures can be made. So Nintendo makes more Marios and Zeldas, that only brings in more money so that more original games can be made.

So for the Mighty Switch Force Update I haven't noticed new levels, do I need to beat the old ones for them to show up?

Thats awesome! I didn't realize that, I hated the fact that just tapping the L & R button would launch the camera. So this is good.
