@Joeynator3000 The Steamdeck will be roughly as powerful as your GTX 1050. Mind you, the GTX 1050 is not a very good card. That said, for a handheld device like Steamdeck it’s still pretty cool.
I would rather have a Switch console which could output 4K or at least upscaling from 1080p or 2160. It shouldn’t be too expensive to do given that the next generation consoles are coming out and new GPUs and other tech. The screen would be 1080p handheld and then output 4K upscale. A $399 pro that could do this would be reasonable.
@hillyarb no and I am mad about it because I was really looking forward to this game to play with my wife like I did the previous hammerwatch. I think that needs to be added to the negatives or this review...
I have played 15 hours so far and about half that in handheld and some of it in docked co-op as well. I guess maybe I am blind? I seriously havent seen any fps drops or anything in any mode. I mean, i am sure the FPS does drop at some points but I guess i havent noticed? I hear it is still WAY better then the Wii U though.
Just bought this yesterday. I like it quite a bit. It’s like Oregon Trail: Directors Cut except you actually get out of the car and scavenge for food and you can have 2 players. I would give it 8 out of 10 honestly. Yes, some of then scenarios happen the same quite often but those scenarios have different items and amounts of zombies, etc. each time you play so it is still somewhat randomized. I think I would give the game at least an 8 out of 10 especially if playing with a friend. It’s quite fun.
@Pyro2020 I saw this the first time I played it and was concerned. I restarted my Switch (not just sleep mode but actually restarted) and it performs great now.
Lol. The game is $1.99. I got it for free with some Nintendo coin things or whatever they are called that you get from purchases. Honestly.. it’s like a flappy bird kind of game with up to four players. Not sure what the reviewer was expecting for 2 dollars.

@Rykdrew Advance Wars is way better than Wargroove. I don't care what anyone says.

Re: Random: Here's The Nintendo Switch-Like Steam Deck Compared To Some Other Stuff
@TheRedComet Intels newest CPUs are superior to the best Ryzen chips in almost every way. I am and AMD fan but this is indisputable.

@Dirty0814 a GTX 970 is significantly more powerful than a 1050

Re: Surgeon Simulator CPR - You'll Never Look At Hospitals In The Same Way Again
I regret buying this. I have it on PC but the switch version is nearly unplayable..
Re: All Versions Of Minecraft Bedrock Edition Have Received Dedicated Servers, Except Switch
What is a dedicated server? Is Mineplex not a dedicated server? I just played that on the switch today.
Re: Digital Foundry Takes Issue With Hyrule Warriors' Portable Performance On Switch
@oji splitscreen is great, what are you talking about? The Wii U version runs like crap.
