It's a lot of "who gives a crap?" for me sadly. We've had so much Kirby, so much Pokemon, so much Fire Emblem and there were SO MANY FARMING SIMS.
I mean it is a bunch of games, obviously not everything needs to be for everyone. But essentially we got a few new updates for games we've known have been coming for years. And an emulated 25 year old game.
Not exciting. No Metroid. No Zelda beyond nearly another year of waiting. No Mario beyond Ubisoft's title, no Donkey Kong.
It's like they are begging all of us to buy Steam Decks.
Man, the game looks great and most of the changes are for the better, but I cannot get the sword to work right with the stick. I wind up waggling the stick around and actually switching to motion controls for the fights you really need precision.
I agree that I wish KH 1.5-2.5 were native. But I still don't get the extraordinary amount of hate that cloud games get. I mean it isn't for everyone, but I think they have their place. I bought and played through Control on the cloud and found it to be a responsive and entertaining experience. Sure, parts aren't ideal, but overall I think its a perfectly good way to experience games you may not otherwise be able to, or experience them in ways you may not be able to, such as me playing on the porch while my wife watches the main TV.
In short, if you don't like it, don't buy it. It isn't hard.
