Absolutely disappointed with this. Was hoping for a new game or at least a GX remake. This looks utterly pointless. Aside from that fact that I have zero interest in multiplayer, it's almost certain that about 90% of the cars will explode on the first lap due to lack of space for that many vehicles.
I'd absolutely love a new F-Zero game. A GX remake would be sweet, and a new game should at least retain the story mode and the excellent build your own custom vehicle options.
If it turns out to be some forced multiplayer "99" style thing my interest will wither on the vine like my grandmother's ovaries.
I'm also expecting some Beyond Good and Evil news which will be sweet.
Other than that I'd love to my dream realised of Star Fox Galaxy, an open world privateer/freelancer style space sim where you can create your own anthropomorphic character and customise your own ship and stuff.
I do accept that it's somewhat of an outlier in terms of probability though.
I've never used social media but I'll take your word for it. It's certainly a lot more open then it ever used to be. Seeing Mick Foley and Undertaker openly discussing the set up for their hell in a cell match was something that never would have happened back in the day.
@Sinton Fair point, but the whole industry sells it as being real. It's part of kayfabe, and it wouldn't be as much fun if they admitted it's high energy pantomime.
@Sinton That's because nobody has ever claimed films and plays are real. Wrestlers are real athletes, that's undeniable, but wrestling is not a real sport with a competitive outcome. The fact that it pretends to be (something which kayfabe demands) is why people are so keen to point out it's not.
Mythforce has absolutely nailed the look of 80's cartoons but it should be 3rd-person so I can see my cool 80's knight character. Also, I feel that making it roguelike is missing the point slightly. I like a good roguelike, but if I'm playing a Saturday morning cartoon as a game I want to play episodes 1 - 20 (ideally with a cool title card before each episode). What I definitely don't want is to play episode 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 1.

Re: Talking Point: Which Classic Cartoons Deserve The Shredder's Revenge Treatment?
Galaxy Rangers. A massively underrated series that could work in a variety of styles. As long as I can play as Goose.

Charles Martinet looks like Peter Griffin's stoner uncle in that pic at the top.

@KateGray
I suppose some people marry for love, and others for the +2 bonus Vs Dwarven magic granted by Hans the burly blacksmith.
Re: Review: Fae Farm - A Thoughtful, Utterly Gorgeous Farm Sim, But Avoid The NPCs
"you'll get a cute ceremony out of it, but for the cost of 10,000 coins, you'll just occasionally see them loafing around your farm. That's it."
Textbook marriage. What's your complaint?
