@Squidling 2 dlc characters that if they wouldn't have been FE characters could've been the ones the fans really wanted like rayman, King K., Shovel Knight etc.
@VeeFlamesNL Always nice to see people like you, who when they encounter an opinion that differs from theirs just scream SALT! SALT! like they are mentally limited.
@BertoFlyingFox Yeah, I mean wtf Nintendo Devil's third is one of your most experimental interesting looking games and you already showed lots of stuff, why not give it a release date for fudge sake.
@KillScottKill They already stated that gamepad controls are required, you can't play starfox without it. This is really my main problem with this game because I'm really bad at managing lots of things at once.
@FLUX_CAPACITOR He isn't a troll, you're just blinded by your Nintendo enthausiasm. He has some valid points, and all you're doing is spouting ad hominems.
@Spectra_Twilight I'll give you six simple reasons.
1. Nintendo didn't show any new games that are worth mentioning.
2. Nintendo didn't show Zelda, Metroid or any other triple A franchise.
3. Nintendo showed Starfox, but graphically and gameplaywise it was really underwhelming.
4. Nintendo announced mediocre spinoffs of the games fans were hoping for, instead of some actual good games.
5. Nintendo wasted tons of time talking about kniting amiibo and how they created a the first mario, instead of actually showing games - you know, the whole purposte of the E3.
6. Sony, Microsoft and Bethesda all showed at least 3 very hyped triple A blockbuster games like Uncharted 4, Halo 5, Fallout and Doom. Nintendo on the other hand showed mario tennis and a amiibo board game.
Conclusion: Nintendo got wrecked by the competition and insulted the fans by showing easy cash-grab spinoff games that take around two months to develop. Do you get it now?
@CamWFC91 I agree with you on that one, I'm still excited to see what it's going to be when it releases. I'm just very skeptical about some aspect of the game, and combined with my disappointment about te Digital Event it resulted in these grouchy comments.
@CamWFC91 Look up the comparison to see for yourself. And also, the fact that there's even a debate over if a new wii u game looks better than a game from two generations ago is illustrative of the game's graphical failure. This is a triple A first party game. We as fans can expect the game to look a little bit decent right? I don't expect ps4 uncharted 4-esque graphics, but I think that expecting something that's actually not unpleasant to the eye isn't too much to ask. Gamexplain has spoken about the problem with switching between the gamepad and the tv, and Nitendolife also had their issues with it. I don't need to play it for myself because I trust people like gamexplain to be honest about their experience with the game.
@CamWFC91 some simple textures? This game looks WORSE than the gc version (they showed it in the previous star fox article), doesn't have multiplayer/co-op, isn't playable without the gamepad, apparently has sloppy controls and is unnessicarily difficult because switching between the gamepad and the tv is not fun. How's that unvalid complaints?
@ricklongo Wow, and I thought my hype-o-meter couln't get any lower. 2-3 hours is way too short, and the game doesn't even have online multiplayer/co-op...
@PokeMario No, people were already complaining about Star fox before all the even practical yarn spinner stuff came. If you look at it objectively and ignore the rest of he digital event it still looks like freshly picked basil.
@AshFoxX No. The graphics of Star Fox one are bad, and people have all the rights to complain about it. Of course gameplay is more important that graphics, but graphics have huge impact on how you experience a game and how emersed you are. People are hating on star fox one because it looks terrible, the gamepad integration is irritating and there's no multiplayer. This game isn't even close to the AAA blockbuster game people were expecting Star Fox one to be. It looks like a mediocre e-shop game to be honest, and this game is laughable if you compare it to Sony or Microsoft's flagships like Halo 5 and Uncharted 4, both gameplay and graphics wise.

@jakysnakydx It's (sort of) confirmed that the amount of enemies is limited because otherwise it wouldn't run at 60fps.
