Re: AiRace Xeno Speeds Onto the 3DS eShop on 12th June

@6ch6ris6
The last one had more levels in it (either had a total of 12 or 15, can't remember exactly) and more planes available, so I guess the new one is almost a 'lite' version, hence the cheaper price, but with different levels.

Well, here's my entry. I actually don't have a video camera which isn't broken/lost, so I couldn't really film myself singing it.

However, the entire video was made on the 3DS (and put together on movie maker) : I recorded and distorted the vocals (attempting to make them sound like some villagers) on the Sound app, I made the backing track on KORG M01D, and the photos are from New Leaf. I would say enjoy...but it sounds weird, to say the least.

Re: Reaction: Doom and Gloom Merchants on Wii U Being Nintendo's Last Home Console

Even if the Wii U is the last console (there'll probably be at least one more), it doesn't have to be a bad thing. Nintendo will still develop games for the console. Soon, we'll get to a saturation point when just increasing power won't work; technology to do so will become to expensive.

In my opinion, Microsoft and Sony are more likely to stop making new consoles after 'next gen', as Nintendo's focus is more innovation-based. I'm even tempted to say the 3DS could be the last handheld; Nintendo will just keep developing more games for it. No doubt I'll be proved wrong.

Also, the 3ds struggled a lot during it's first 2 quarters or so.

Re: Talking Point: The Pros and Cons of a Wii U Price War

Seems that the main problem with the Wii U is, like one of the Vita's problems, lack of TV advertising.
I only think I've seen 2 Wii U adverts on TV.

However, the casual market will eventually notice.
Once people notice the Wii isn't getting much new games, or any at all, the Wii U sales should pick up.

Re: Feature: Series Reboots That Have Divided Gamers

I really like the control scheme for KI:U. It seemed very natural, for these reasons:
Circle pad controls movement, as you can move in every direction
Touch screen controls aim, as you can only properly aim in the direction you face
L trigger to fire, as firing a gun is just a pull of a trigger.

Re: Developer States That Wii U Woes Were a Focus At DICE

Hmm...as others have said, this is a problem, but it's too early to judge yet.
However, I don't think Nintendo will get the same casual fanbase numbers as the Wii, as they probably think they don't need another console. I think console gaming in this upcoming 'generation' will become less popular, but I certainly hope not.
