@Senario Now you going to tell me I wasn't at EVO which I have buddies that are competitive players and we did go. The facts are that the Melee tournaments are always smoke and mirrors that disappears in the dark. While crap tournaments like SF still gets all the popularity. Melee tournaments in the other hand are Money in the Bank to tournament sponsors so rather respecting the players they are using them to get easy money out of them.

@element187 BONK!!! Level-5 is a "indie developer" you really fell off your rocker now so you are stating that all the games they developed on PS2/PS3 was indie games LOL. And Wonder Flick isn't Wii U worthy because of the funds and this contradicting statement "I look at that video and I don't see a single thing in it that wouldn't run directly on the Wii U's capabilities, no downscaling needed. @Senario One more thing though Sakurai change the mechanics because he didn't wan't the game to be competitive in the first place and he says this out of his own mouth. SSB series suppose to be casual friendly party game in the first place.

@Senario I won't put my 2 cents anymore about this game or your opinion so I'm going to say this though I hate SF but I like SSB regardless but I'm on the fence for this game and I still don't see this game as a real fighter.

At least this 4 part series will be better than the whole boring Poke'mon series put together and I hope the show be subbed.

@VoiceOfReason Well this is because I was a young one when I played the series I'm older now to understand what's going on with the game. Regardless of Melee ruined my fun of the SSB series because of the BS so called competitive scene and Brawl was the reason why I loved that series the best because of the Subspace Emissary and the balance the game had. And you can correct me on the subject he probably develop something new in but probably nothing major.

@VoiceOfReason If he took out story mode and the freaking intro so what that make him? It's my opinion bro I been playing this game since the first and I don't need a tool to tell me what I need to know about what "modes" are in the game and besides I was talking about Crapcom fighters.

@shinpichu I agree but that's isn't going to change my opinion about this game characters and the Story mode. I'm feeling like i'm going to be paying $60 bucks for the same stale fighting game with NO modes that's Arcade, VS, Training, and Online with no story campaign which is a waste of my time. I want to enjoy this game for fun because I don't see this game as a competitive fighter for me to so called "train" also I wish Sakurai wasn't a baby about the whole story/intro thing and give what the half of the community that's casual what they want and the other community that's competitive they want but for now it looks like he's going one sided again.

@Araknie You mean DICE does Battlefield 4 EA does nothing.

When they going to reveal NEW characters not old characters that been in the game? I want to be excited but right now but I keep seeing the same characters from SSBB that's being revealed and still no story mode so how this game going to be fun rather than being competitive.

@DESS-M-8 Thank you man finally a person that know it's isn't the devs fault it's EA. Sadly I agree developers like DICE, Criterion, and Bioware shouldn't be in fault for what EA is a pile of "darkspawn" that HIDE behind they developers which is talented and get the cut of THEY freaking profits because they just publish the games which is kinda sad. Now this exec wants to talk about 2 legends that made what the Computer and Video Game business it is today Sigh........EA just dig a hole and grovel please.

@gregrout Well true they never created nothing new except for Road Rash and others (Genesis/N64/PS) which we haven't had that for years. EA lost touch to its fans and the companies years ago which is why I barley buy they BS regardless of it I like Battlefield before EA picked up DICE and I like Bioware games regardless of the Mass Effect 3 ending fiasco. I stated any company that doesn't respect me or it's consumers I either buy they crap used or I wont buy it at all Crapcom for instance they been doing BS under the radar for years before they spewed they practices. Alas this fool of an EA exec needs to zip his mouth and stop proving why EA are so hated in america.

I love Battlefield that's the only thing I want from DICE regardless of it EA is my most hated company Crapcom is first maybe that will change.

Why is people blaming DICE over making Battlefield because they work for the garbage company so don't blame the developers. That's just like blaming Infinity Ward over Activision BS.

@Emblem Level-5 developed White Knight Chronicles 2 and for Ni No Kuni they developed a DS version regardless of being "failures" to some eyes they were still great titles and still has good reviews. That's just like saying Wonderful 101 bombed which it did worse than both Level-5 games sales wise and guess what it was still a great niche game regardless of horrible reviews. I don't give a flip how niche the games are or how they "bomb" if it's something I like I buy but I respect your opinion otherwise.

Good for the 3DS now they need to get the Wii U in check.

So this game gets a 9/10 not trying to knock the opinion of this topic but I played this game and it isn't a 9 in my opinion, It felt like I was playing a bootleg Punchout but boring.

@element187 Nice suggestion want a cookie so how do you know if its going to bomb on the other consoles or not? Ni No Kuni didn't bomb nor White Knight Chronicles on the PS3 as well Rouge Galaxy for the PS2 which was one of their best RPG and guess what they all was Developed by Level-5. They been developing games for Sony and Nintendo for years and this is no different. Also this game is coming to the Wii U you should be glad because of the marvelous gamepad support but no you want to be negative about the failures or using stereotypes against players again.

This game looks fine I probably get this title what i'm saying this is Level 5.

@Grubdog I respect that but in my opinion I never go for reviews for a game I give my own review when I either finished or don't. That's the problem in this generation now everybody has to read a review coverage for them to buy any title akin Wonderful 101 which has the most contradicting review I ever seen which was a amazing niche game but guess what nobody bought the title over either the review or playing the demo. But I again respect your opinion and the reviewer on this but I don't agree about his review and isn't going to change I feel about reviewers that give bad scores to good proper games because it hurts the gamers from buying the game.

Damn I hate reviews this amazing game regardless of the horrible localization doesn't deserve a 6. Breath of Fire series is the reason why I started playing RPG. And like galetyler states why they didn't put the GBA version or better yet the improved BOF2 version that the fan community made for emulation that had way better localization?

Good Game Trash Company weird......I like Phoenix Wright and Monster Hunter (last games they didn't flush down the toilet yet) but I hate Crapcom and they BS business practices probably buy this used that's better deal for me.

@WebHead You should know that's probably what's going to happen. Persona series been on PS since the first system so what the difference Nintendo has most of the SMT series.

Well I'm relieved about this I'm at least glad Sega Sammy acquire Atlus but I hope they don't use them only as a Arcade based company now that would be BS. But at least Atlus can still do business as usual for all consoles (Sony/Nintendo) and Sega Localization needs to be better.

@Fingeldor I wasn't the one that didn't want GTA on the Wii U. So don't blame me for throwing everybody from this wonderful community under the bus, this community always states they hate on any game 3rd party wise that either get canceled or just wont come to the U. So they put themselves in this position their opinion not mine which they will only buy 1st party titles/indie so why is i'm the bad guy. I'm a member more than anybody but I entitled to not defend no community if it has anger issues or hate.
