I'm surprised it took this long to sell out. I ordered mine on day one expecting it to sell out in a day or two. I guess the high price went a long way in limiting who could order it.

Classic catch 22 is right. They give us inferior ports and then complain that Nintendo gamers didn't buy it. Well, I wonder why?!

Once Smash Bros. is out, everyone will have to have a Wii U.

I've heard complaints about a lack of variety in enemies/bosses/patterns. I'm surprised this review doesn't address that. I wanted to get this game since I liked the demo so much, but this lack of variety has kept me from making the purchase.

Do people actually believe that the Wii U is doomed like the Virtual Boy?

This is a very good week. It just needs a good Wii U game. I'll wait for a sale on Kokuga.

I completely agree.

I've been thinking the baby Bros. should be a Smash Bros. team for years. Nice to see someone agrees. I imagine them like two Pichus, and of course, the Ice Climbers.

SSFIV is such a boring fighter. TvC and Injustice are better by leaps and bounds. My favorite third party games are VVVVVV, Mutant Mudds, RER, and Shadow Wars.

This is easily my favorite mega man game.

I informed NL of this the first day it went up on Club Nintendo, and they post an article after it sells out and gives someone else the credit. Sorry to the people who NL didn't inform in time.

Good review. You seem to be one of the reviewers that "get" this game.

I'm loving this game. There are plenty of times I wish I could use the Wiimote and nunchuck, though, because I suck at aiming with dual analog sticks. And me and my friend have been playing the multiplayer for the past three days. It's insanely fun.

It's funny. I'm actually playing through Pokemon Red right now. It brings back a lot of memories.

EV training doesn't take skill. It just takes a lot of time and basic math.

This is all just opinion, so I won't make too much of a fuss, but I just can't understand how these Mario lists keep putting SMG1 above SMG2. I don't care if SMG1 came out first and is therefore "fresher." The question is, to a gamer who has never played either, which is better? Clearly it is Galaxy 2.

They should be looked at as stand alone games.

The only way I'd consider getting a 3DS XL is if they actually released that clear version. It brings me back to the days of N64 and GBC/GBA.

Nice review Jon. You really nailed the issues I had with Zen Pinball: the physics and the lack of detailed table explanations.

The best way I can explain Zen's physics is the ball feels like a ping pong ball when going up the table and it feels like it's made of uranium when it's going down the table.

How has no one commented on this yet? I always wanted to try this game, but never have.

Lol, I feel like I've just entered a lost dimension. Hey there uel. Castlevania: Circle of the Moon is the only Castlevania I've ever played. I never beat it though.

I think the Wii is the best system for Mario games. NSMB Wii and Galaxy 2 are my favorite 2d and 3d mario games. Galaxy 1 is right there with them. And don't forget about Super Mario All Stars Anniversary Edition and all the VC games.

Cartridges are better.

Up there with World of Goo and Cave Story as the best WiiWare games. I haven't stopped playing this since Thursday.

Price drops like this so soon after a system's launch is nothing new. It only makes a 3DS look that much sweeter. At the same price as a DSi XL, there's no reason not to buy one.

The crouching backflip isn't a big deal if they left in the side flip. They left in the side flip, right?

@ZachKaplan, If this game came out at launch we would have one less game to look forward to.

At least we got 3D Pixel Racing. Seriously people, give it a chance.
