Well well, this is certainly interesting. I wonder what is going to be more important for Nintendo in the long run given how protective they are of their IP’s. A well received movie or a financially successful one
@COVIDberry Of course I read reviews and plenty of them if you must know. I just never, ever beg on behalf of any gaming outlet and cry out shoddy practices when they haven’t a review up before the game comes out simply because they weren’t given their free copy so that people can have their “opinion” validated, or in a worst case scenario, fabricated for them.
@Zenszulu Sure, what bugs me is normal potential buyers actually asking or in some cases demand companies to send those review codes to those so called gaming outlets. It’s pathetic to be honest. Like I said, I value the opinion of someone who actually bought the game with their own cash. Regardless of wether I agree or disagree with that opinion.
@Haida Review codes for what? Let all those “reviewers” pay for their games. I’ve never understood why people feel the need to ask for review codes or copies to form an opinion in advance. Can’t you wait a week or two after the games have been released and read or hear opinions from people who actually bought the games? Enough with these privileges to gaming “journalists” or YouTubers
I wonder if this is somehow related to Bayonetta 3 development and why we haven’t heard anything about the game. If this game of all things is having performance issues, what are the chances Bayonetta 3 is suffering from the same problem?
I paid roughly the price of a Switch for the Rockman Zero / ZX Hero Collection limited edition that comes with the bust. I’m a big fan of that series, granted but this kind of high pricing is not that uncommon to be honest.
Weird poll to be honest, I don’t understand why cross-save is such a revolutionary feature. I’m more impressed that they added the post processing options since those really change how the game looks. Frankly, I believe the amount of people that own a PC-Switch combo is pretty low, whereas the people who own a PS4/XBONE-Switch combo is much higher and since PC developed exclusive games are a minority, I don’t think we’ll see this feature implemented in many games. The Witcher 3 is really becoming an anomaly in regards of what’s being done with it on Switch and I applaud both CDPR and Saber Interactive for doing it, however gaming companies just would rather not put any effort on the console, the games just come out and they are what they are, it’s very uncommon to see support beyond the first couple of months.
They’re basically saying “we couldn’t be bothered to get out of our comfort zone, so we will make something that suits our needs”. Come on, they couldn’t be anymore petty if they tried.
Nintendo is very high and mighty, of course they would never get dirty over some petty IP scuffle, they couldn’t be bothered to buy off Rare back when they where making better games than Nintendo itself, they couldn’t be bothered building strong relationships with third party developers during the Game Cube days, during the Wii era they basically forced any developer willing to make games for the system to build custom versions of their games that could fit the console’s sorry specs, and the less is said about the Wii U the better. Also, some fanboys forget that Nintendo didn’t have a hand in the creation of the Bayonetta IP, they only helped fund development and publish the second game and the third game has had such a slow development it wouldn’t surprise me if they have forgotten about it altogether.
First time commenting here, while I don’t hate the inclusion of another Fire Emblem character, I’m disappointed that people ask for characters like Crash Bandicoot or the Undertale, Doom guy and what not. I’ve always viewed the smash series as a celebration of gaming icons, not just Nintendo characters. But people asking for those unknown one time games or characters is annoying, leave those characters for Smash games knock offs.

Re: Review: World War Z - A Technically Robust But Repetitive Zombie Hunt Best Enjoyed With Friends
@AmplifyMJ and this is exactly how people form a totally unfounded opinion. I hope there are few people like you.
Re: Pokémon Legends: Arceus Won't Actually Be An Open-World Game
How come the areas look as barren and empty as they look? This is mediocrity at its worst
Re: Review: Stubbs The Zombie In Rebel Without A Pulse - A "Cult Classic" That Has Aged Like Milk
@Benjinat probably because it is a port machine filled with worse software than this game
Re: Review: Stubbs The Zombie In Rebel Without A Pulse - A "Cult Classic" That Has Aged Like Milk
@Grandiajet I’m sure you’ve played it yourself right? Or are you just repeating what this review tells you?
Re: Review: Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection - A Masochistic Medieval Marvel
@Ambassador_Kong Such a weird thing to say when the Switch itself has very few of those games

Re: Port Specialist Saber Interactive Is Bringing World War Z To The Switch
I could never find a physical copy of this game on PS4. But I’m all in for a Switch version.
