It's all honor here so, never going to happen. They tried this before they made the first xbox and the owners and stakeholders declined. But nice fantasy none the less.
@Kobeskillz Do you know what games are incompatible with Snes Jr? As I have never heard or read about that. Thanks! P.S. Mine only has a RGB mod (some extra wires to bring the RGB to the multi-out). So not many mods.
I'll stick to my RGB modded original 1-chip Snes II (US) with a Retrotink Rad2X adapter to HDMi (2x scaling). Original hardware is always better than emulation stations.
@Roibeard64 The GEICO adapter is a pirated version of the Carby (Ressurection Industries) with firmware from Ingo Korb. The GEICO adapter is also not updateble and there are new firmwares with fixes coming out all the time. So, please don't support pirates and support the real developers of these devices. Thanks all!
I own at least 2 of every nintendo console ever made and i use 1 to play all the Software i own (and i own almost all games for my nintendo systems). The second i use to hack (if possible) just for the fun of it.
aaaaaaah! another port.. that sounds fresh!.. not so much.. i skip ports as i own all the original games. Sorry Nintendo.. I already payed for that game. Not doing it a second time.
Owned one.. haha! great stuff.. 2x cd-rom player loading a game took a couple of minutes.. until is swapped the 2x CD-rom drive with a 16x! whoa! RAM was defective one time.. took me lots of lots of time to get that replaced! great times.. don't know where mine is..
@Unca_Lz I guess we'll just have to see what happens. It seems that microsoft did take a license on one of the patents.. odd. but maybe that's why Philips feels strong enough to sue or something.. ahh well..
@Unca_Lz IF that is true; they'll lose.. what also is very possible: the patent was issued at the date in 2013 but they applied for it ages ago. sometimes a Patent takes a long time to be veriefied.
@Daruncic We all know Philips is no Patent Trolling company as they invented CD, DVD, LD, co-developing Blue-Ray.. clearly no Patent Troll..
/Ontopic: not all companies are patent trolls and try to get money from large companies. I for one know: Philips is easily 10 times the size of nintendo and is just protecting their patents. If they let Nintendo use the patent for free other companies will follow. Let's just see what happens O.K. ?
@PvtOttobot Totally true! I know philips as a company that is not suing anyone without a valid case so.. I think Nintendo is going to have to pay up a second company after tomita..
@wombatkidd ofcorse.. that's why they go to court now to find out.. I know philips as a copany that is not suing anyone without a valid case so.. I think Nintendo is going to have to pay up a second company after tomita..
@wombatkidd If Nintendo developed that stuff in the first palace they will have a patent for that as nintendo registeres everything they develope. But a part of the the wiimote plus technology they used was already patented by Philips.
@PvtOttobot : The story with Philips is that they contacted nintendo asking to take a license for the infriged patents. Nintendo gave no reaction to that; for 4 years! So Philips hired a Law firm to contact Nintendo and then Nintendo's response was quite simply: you don't have anything so: go away. This thing is running since the start of 2011 and has to do with the Wii-Mote plus accessory and later the Wii-Mote plus controller. Philips used and patented the technology somewehere in het late 90's as they were testing T.V. remotes and they now use it for Medical equipment. So I think philips took the long road and tried to settle with Nintendo out-of-court but instead Nintendo ignored them.
errm... you can throw bananapeels without using AR codes.. just press the + forward when releasing a peel.. then you'll throw it forward.. right? like shooting a shell backwards by pressing down on the D pad.. or am i confused with one of the other versions?
I own every system currently available and still play on wii-U most of te time.. cliff is right, games that are fun attract people more than violence games.. those pass..

Re: Analogue Is Restocking The Super NT And Mega SG Later Today
@bryce951 Do some research on the Rad2X cable and you'll find out it's one cable that does everything. so, only 2 cables and a tiny console for me!

Re: Analogue Is Restocking The Super NT And Mega SG Later Today
@Kobeskillz hardware emulation sounds like emulation to me. Also: the original Snes is 100% compatible.
Re: Analogue Is Restocking The Super NT And Mega SG Later Today
@bryce951 Power cable and HDMi Adapter; exactly the same amount as the analog. Another plus is the 100% guaranteed compatibility.
Re: Analogue Is Restocking The Super NT And Mega SG Later Today
I'll stick to my RGB modded original 1-chip Snes II (US) with a Retrotink Rad2X adapter to HDMi (2x scaling). Original hardware is always better than emulation stations.

@Toads-Friend Please buy the real thing and not the pirated GEICO version. Get a CARBY!
