So it is "Limited" to the Wii life cycle and not in the sense of quantity. Maybe it is just limited until they re-port the game into another media. I think they could have maintained a bit of integrity to the term limited for the box product if at this point they were to release it on the virtual console for the people who still want to play it.
If life were like an RPG all we would have to do is look for an opponent with loot to drop and repeat until we get what we want. Too bad real life gets in the way and suddenly there are assault, theft and possible breaking and entering charges and jail time especially for repeat offenders.
We will still have to deal with multiple friend codes. If the DS generation is anything to go by there are people here with more then one DS. When it comes to the 3DS I'm sure the same thing will happen.
I wonder why these game trailers are in 720p when no nintendo device can renders anything in those resolutions. Make me wonder what the actual graphics are or if this is just pre-rendered marketing hype that does not reflect the actual game engine.
Agreed. Just thinking back over the last year of games and Nintendo delivers a lot of bonus content in game. SMG2/240 stars, DKCR/Temple levels and Mirror mode, Pokemon HGSS/16 badges and red, Kirby's Epic Yarn/furniture and collectibles, etc. I'm not going to complain about the lack of achievements when on other consoles a lot of that could have been easily paid for DLC.
At least we won't have any "You Got Killed by a Goomba" 0G or any of those other stupid ones. Also we won't have low to no score records for games we don't like and never want to admit to trying showing up for the world to see. No aggravation over achievements we should have received and failed to register.
That glitch really needed to be posted on youtube.
@34. Maybe a thread should be started called "Best Chicken Review Quotes" in general discussions and the rules can be only quotes from his reviews to promote the game with a reference link to the review in the comment.
I'm not surprised. look at the long history of under supported stuff that Nintendo makes. The zapper for nes, mouse for snes, hey you pikachu mic, gcn broadband/modem adapter, wii speak, gba eReader, ect. Nintendo make a lot of great stuff but usually only a couple titles use them and they are then no longer supported. Pokemon ranch doesn't support Heartgold/Soulsilver and its not that they can't update dlc on the wii because even the wii browser got a couple of updates now and then.
As for me I don't like the idea of Wiiware and Virtual console tiiles is because they are stuck on that device and probably won't be transfered to the next console you buy. the DSi XL was a good example because those who already owed a DSi couldn't transfer them to the XL.
At this point there are more advantages to having a physical game disc.

Re: Iwata Drops Sneaky Mario 3DS Hints
After looking at the Super Paper Mario screen shot, I realized I would love to play that game with a 3D display.
Re: Talking Point: Why Nintendo and Rare Should Reunite
Retro is the new Rare. If Rare were to come back now It would be weird.
Re: Review: Panda Craze (DSiWare)
@20
Maybe they will read that and start a new DSiWare called Paper Weighting.
Re: Review: Panda Craze (DSiWare)
What would the score be if both screens were blank and it had no audio?

Re: Miyamoto Can't Wait to Show Off Super Mario Bros. 3DS
But can the 3DS screen truly capture the depth of a bottomless pit. I guess I will have to wait and see.
Re: Curl Up Around this Cosy Fire on Friday, Europe
1) Can you roast marshmallows in game.
2) Can you accidentally set the virtual house on fire?
3) Who will be reviewing it?

Re: Reggie: Steel Diver Makes Up for Lack of Zelda at Launch
I hear Kid Icarus: Uprising and Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D won't arrive until after the launch window.
Re: First Impressions: PilotWings Resort
It is nice to see an update. For sky diving is pulling the shoot still optional. I know for the SNES you could plummet.

I like not having to worry about them.
Re: Review: Doc Clock: The Toasted Sandwich of Time (WiiWare)
I think it is strange that Stickmen Studios has the CEO, COO and Technical Director phone number and email addresses on their web site's About page

Now I'm glad I bought it on steam a couple days ago when it was on special for $3.75.
Re: Review: Fireplacing (WiiWare)
I hope you didn't have to bye your own review copy. Could you imagine how a video review of this game would go?
Re: Japanese Retailer Sells Wii & Entire Games Catalogue Dirt Cheap
I wouldn't want it. that is too many. I barely have time to play the ones I have. I also wouldn't want to play some of those.
