Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (15th November)

Reyes

I'll be playing Pokemon Legends ZA and La Pucelle. Been playing these for the past few weeks. I'm loving how Legends ZA makes things much simpler to do in shiny hunting and training up Pokemon stats making you have more fun actually playing the game than doing time consuming tasks.

Re: Poll: Is It About Time Game Freak Added Voice Acting To Pokémon?

Reyes

I could care less really if they added voice acting. I was just talking to my brother about this last night that maybe make it like Zelda with some sounds when they talk but more than that I don't really want. It's just gonna be the same played out voice actors from every game and anime anyway.

Re: Nintendo Direct Delayed Due To Powerful Earthquake in Hokkaido, Japan

@BLD I think it is also to save their image too of course. And maybe the typhoon was not as big a disaster. I just think it's a better decision to show respect than not, y'know. I also like this because in a world where all too many people just don't give a f*** anymore at least it shows that people still do. I mean just look at these comments and all the love and respect going on. I am getting enjoyment reading how levelheaded and nice people on this site are. Probably more enjoyment than from seeing the Direct.

Re: Nintendo Direct Delayed Due To Powerful Earthquake in Hokkaido, Japan

I see a comment stating this happened on the other side of the country and others just being really horrible towards this news. I don't think the Direct was canceled due to being directly affected by the earthquake. I think it was canceled out of respect and maybe because some workers at the company may have family that they need to check on or worse may have died. I was totally excited for this Direct today, but I rather people affected by an earthquake take time to make sure their loved ones are safe. So just be patient and give some respect and prayer to the country.

Re: Nintendo Comments On Third-Party Docks Bricking Switch Systems

Reyes

@riChchestM I know it cannot output to a tv without a dock. Its not really a bulky dock. The Switch plus its dock are the smallest home console so far they've made. And it's vertical standing saving more space. It's much easier than packing another Nintendo system for holidays. If you're already having a suitcase or something similar when going somewhere I'm sure the dock and the two cables you need can fit in there as well as I have done it many times myself so far.

Re: Nintendo Comments On Third-Party Docks Bricking Switch Systems

I keep seeing people wanting smaller docks and for it to be a more portable dock. I really don't get it. The Switch dock is fine and small enough. The system itself is portable and can be played tabletop. I would be mad too that a third party dock might brick or has bricked my system but that's why I don't buy third party things for systems. They always suck, all third party controllers I used to buy when I was younger were horrible so I stopped buying any kind of third party items. I do agree that the official Switch dock is expensive on its own, but at the cost of bricking your system I think the cost is worth having the security that it won't damage it.
