My uncle owned a game on Xbox 360 where you were the Burger King and you ran around giving people burgers. If I remember correctly BK was giving away copies as a promo.
The Witcher 3 was on sale and I bought it. Was waiting till I get a PC built, but I'm really enjoying it so far on Switch. Like other PC ports, I've found it's easier to play in handheld mode.
Hilarious local co-op you say? Sounds like my kind of game. Loved Overcooked, this looks like a different path to the say result: rolling off the couch laughing with the other player.
@PBandSmelly oh you poor naive soul to think Disney is going to keep their content on Netflix. They've been taking stuff off Netflix for a while now. That's what happened to Daredevil...
Does it have an indicator light? That's my only complaint with my wired Hori pad. I would definitely buy this just for the headphone jack, it would be nice to be able to watch Hulu and play games at night on TV without disturbing roommates.
Nice! I was interested in InkyPen when it was first announced but you couldn't do anything without signing up. Now you can see how the interface is and see what they've got. No Marvel or DC, of course, they've each got their own subscriptions. A little sad about Image, but I guess they're pretty big. They've got IDW, Dark Horse, and Valiant though! I'll check out some of the free stuff for now, might subscribe at some point in the future if I like how it works.
Hopefully, it's Switch Mini with built-in JoyCon, smaller footprint, lower cost. Only problem with that would be it might not fit the existing dock and thus wouldn't really be a Switch Switch Max/Pro with larger (glass) screen in same size (smaller bezels), maybe more RAM and built-in storage, bundled with a new Pro controller that has a headphone jack. Other than that I wouldn't expect that many changes, especially if all three versions are going to be able to play the same games (which I certainly hope would be the case)
Microsoft knows they aren't catching Sony in hardware sales, so they've decided to focus on subscriptions. If you're after as many subscribers as possible and you don't care about console sales, you want your service on as many platforms as can support it. This seems like a win-win. Microsoft gets tons of subscription revenue from people who otherwise wouldn't subscribe as they aren't going to buy an Xbox just for Game Pass. Nintendo gets access to a bunch of high-quality console games. The only problem is to stream this you'd need really good, reliable Internet.
I really love Hulu on Switch. The Switch is my only game console and I prefer a gaming controller to navigate the UI rather than arrow keys on a TV remote. I'd love Netflix and Prime on Switch.
Selfishly, I want them to make the next console(s) able to play current Switch games. Replace the 3DS with a smaller, portable only system that can play Switch games (obviously can't call it a Switch) in the next year or so. Then, a few years after that, a Switch-Pro with a glass 1080 screen, better processor, etc., but still able to play current Switch games and current Switches being able to play Switch Pro era games, a la Xbox One and One X. That's what I want.
What they'll probably do is stop building hardware. Once game streaming is good enough, that's what people will do. Spotify isn't really as good as CDs (and CDs aren't really as good as vinyl), but it's good enough and more convenient. Same with DVDs vs. Netflix. Games will go that direction too. Once people can stream games reliably, it's probably over for consoles, not just Nintendo's.
@cadaver138 Well technically, no, it's limited to what can run on Android. Fortnite isn't on the Play store. There are tons of Android emulators out there too. I don't think they really expect people to cross-shop it with a Switch, but here we are on Nintendo Life talking about an Android phone, so I'd say the marketing worked.

So...would it work with any touchscreen device with a headphone jack?

@Agramonte if past EA and LEGO games are anything to go by, this will be the better Star Wars game.
