Something from Zelda, either a Skyward Sword remake or a new 2.5D Zelda. Odyssey DLCs, a Mario RPG (Mario & Luigi or Paper Mario) and last but not least a decent Mario Party like the old ones.
Germany doesn't censor games anymore exept for those which Nazi-Symbols in it since they are forbidden. But the German market is very large and Nintendo is there popular too. Even in Switzerland you can find now sometimes people play Switch in trains while you never saw a 3DS gamer (exept some children). But the laws are here different and its not so easy to collect sales data for companies exept Nintendo itself. So there is no regular release of sales figures.

@RazumikhinPG Depends on where you live. But yes, usually Nintendo doesn't care about the time in Europe, they schedule it to fit the US and Japan.
