Re: Review: Maze (Wii U eShop)

@Kirk
Hey, there's still lots of great games on the eShop and some great games coming too, so don't get too down in the dumps about it. I do agree the eShop needs some serious quality control though.

Re: Nintendo Japan Announces Plans for YouTube Affiliate Program

You`ve got to be kidding me.
Seriously?
Again?
This is going to cause a lot of controversy. Popular youtubers have a lot of weight in the gaming community so this isn't going to go over well for them at all. Hardly any big youtubers cover Nintendo games anyway, this might get rid of the few who do.
Youtube videos of Nintendo games are essentially free advertising for Nintendo. I don't know why they keep doing stuff like this, they just keep dragging their name in the mud at the worst possible time.
I love Nintendo games but sometimes the company just really peeves me off.
Hopefully they'll realise this is a stupid idea and stop it before it gets too many people angry, but somehow I doubt it.

Re: Digital Foundry Pins Down Mario Kart 8's Resolution and Framerate

ProudasaPeacock

Well I personally don't mind at all, I don't really care if a game is 720p or 1080p as long as the game is good, and the frame rate difference seems a bit ridiculous to be annoyed by if you ask me. Anyway, as many people are saying, Nintendo can probably just fix it with a patch if it bugs too many people, although I don't think many will notice it.

Re: Hyrule Warriors Is The Zelda Game That Eiji Aonuma Could Never Make Himself

@Savino
They have pretty much stated that we are going to see or hear something of the next Zelda game at E3 multiple times, so I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. They even almost showed it at E3 last year, so it must be far along enough to show something of now.
Anyway, Zelda is one of Nintendo's biggest franchises and certainly one of the ones that gains the most hype. Nintendo would have to be pretty stupid no to show it at E3.

@SecondServing
I know, does it really matter?
Once you're into the game, if the gameplay is good, you're not going to notice a few extra pixels here and there.
It just gets ridiculous sometimes.

Re: Poll: Have Your Say On The GamePad's Role With The Wii U Virtual Console

ProudasaPeacock

I don't yet own a Wii U, but I would imagine Virtual Console games would work better on a smaller screen, especially the GBA games as they were originally intended to be held in your hands near your face anyway.
I also really like the idea of being able to play these old classics in bed as well, because that just sounds like heaven to me.
Hopefully I'll have a Wii U to try it out soon!
