I didnt read fully through the article. Did they say anything about supporting splitscreen and pro controller compatibility?

Nintendo fans are very narrow minded people just like xbox fans. Like xbox fans are obssessed with fps, nintendo fans are obssessed with anything but fps and are determined to hate them. You cant say that this fps "fad" is going to go away, cause its not. There is a curtain balance if people would see it. Nintendo owns the more kid friendly happy casual games while xbox owns the m-rated multiplayer based shooting games. And playstation is a nice middle. Dont knock the other fanbase because you are a hater for anything but what you love. Appreciate all genres even if one is a lot more popular than the others right now. Some of us are open minded and own 2 completely different consoles so that we can show our love for all genres (rant over)

This is kindof a ridiculous claim.. so they didnt have a playstation plus account. Couldnt they be former xbox players? Or brand new players all together? Maybe even players who didnt originally have internet! To say its mainly wii owners is crazy.

Was there any doubt it'd do great? I even see it doing better in USA.

@Hunter-D I do see your point. I feel that since blops2 came out quite awhile ago and i do believe some people will transition over to just a Wii U for their major gaming, that with CodGhosts we will see a larger population this time around. I personally am only buying this for the support and casual gaming though haha. If i want to get back to real hardcore online play ill get a ps4 too.

@yvanjean Maybe they did it so if they make something like a slim or elite type just like ps3 and xbox360 did, they can announce it with more memory. It is a greedy tactic, but a profitable one.

@yvanjean When Xbox 360 first came out it didn't have barely any internal. If you buy that many games online maybe it is time to invest in a portable harddrive.

I always felt I'd rather have some sort of resale value for big name games, so I'm definitely going for the disc. I will only ever buy Downloads for items that aren't sold in stores or DLC.

@siavm I still don't see their downfall anytime soon. That's my personal opinion though.

Activision still makes a lot of games or is at least a part of a lot of different games besides Cod

@sinalefa yes! And with the release of call or duty people will also learn the appeal of free online again hopefully, like they did with ps3. This bundle stuff can help sell the console for new nintendoers or former ones, and Cod will pull people into it's multiplayer.

So when do you all think we can pre order it from places? Im getting this to support 3rd party sales on wii u plus i need a good shooter for my system. Plus i think it will be fun to play a round of Cod while enjoying the luxury of my couch in the living room while my system sits in the game room!

I love the Unique style when games come to Wii U, Just hope that they still make some games that can use the pro controller also.
