holy crap, i havent seen this game in ages, and i'm the only one yet who posted here i see, how???
its a hard and exciting game
if you know what you're doing, you may at least get through the 1st part, but i never had the chance to do that

will this game ever reach the VC? i sure hope so
not only is it challenging, its also nostalgia, and played it alot with my father

weird that people did comment at the impossible mission games, but not at this great game

my father didnt have it on snes though, but i did later on, and back then i wasnt very patience with it, cuz its so hard

please nintendo, give me the chance to retry it on the snes

i think i give it a 7/10 as for me a 6 is too low for this one, and a 8 is lil too high for this kinda game, as you dont play it to have fun in the game, but to figure everything out

ps. i must say i didnt figure out how to use that gun, so it was way harder for me, but i was young and didnt really think enough to figure stuff out

have you seen the issues being true from nintendo?
it has been released on snes before

and i dont hate someone just cuz he/she/it thinks it wont come to VC
nothing is official about earthbound coming to VC or not able to get on the VC

1 more thing:
it is a "rumour" from a "fansite" remember those 2 words
if its true, then nintendo will tell us, there's still hope as they havent done that by now
but we'll see

well, IF it comes to VC, it may take a long time like most other games which are rated

wow, it looks kinda bad, but a 1/10?
has anyone from NL played it on the GB back then when it was new?
remember NL, its retro, therefore dont rate em as new games, cuz then you better delete the game review

anyway, back then i didnt like fighting games, that started when i played street fighter 2 turbo, and liked mortal kombat 2(i think) on PS1
so i didnt buy fighting games, which is why i never tried this one

ps. i still prefer the old way, that everyone could vote, now its just NL team, no offense, just my opinion

it looks nice, is there any problem with it as the online service no longer exists?
maybe i'll buy it, but gotta find a good place where i live to see if i can get it easier than ebay or such

EDIT: i did find out that PSO plus has stuff which the normal one had online-only

i rather look at the video of this game, than either reading the review, looking at the ratings or listen to SMW2's worst sounds ever, which you hear alot if not fast enough to not get hit
i even like C64, amiga and atari worst sounds more than SMW2's BMC (baby mario cry)

worst thing is, a 4/10 cuz its easy short (these may take away 2 stars) and annoying sounds, which sound worse in SSB games, as he makes dumb sounds even if you hit him

as far as i can see here, its 6/10, and thats without playing it, but i could watch the video 10x each day without getting annoyed

@142 us hardcore gamers? what about casual gamers, who also like relaxed games

this game looks fun, and perhaps i'll buy it on the VC later
first time i saw it i thought: not another yoshi's cookie or SMW2 irritating sounds, but now i see i was worried about nothing
yoshi shooting eggs and find stuff is fun, no baby mario to annoy the hell outta you is a great difference from SMW2

ps. i dont say SMW2 is bad, its just annoying, i cant stand that crying

i agree with jogurt's post, it does sound fun, the only bad thing would be the same i hate from yoshi in SSBB, which is his dumb voice
and i agree with all who say its not not fair to rate a game that low for just that 1 thing which wont even annoy all people, some just play, and if you're in a game (for me this is true) you dont hear much, you just see the game and its good points

i mean, if the game itself was very annoying, ok, but just yoshi's sound

some people dont like monkey sounds, but should all DK's games have just 4 stars?

easy game? so what? kirby games are easy, and i like em (at least platformers)
and there are more games not hard which are fun to play
and whats a better game for yoshi where you wont hear an annoying sound of crying and some random effects (like an alarm clock) with it when you get hit?

i never played this, but may try and buy later, and doubt its 4/10
as i dont know the game, i think it's at least 6/10, only for the video and pics

EDIT: after rewatching it, in think it doesnt sound 1/5 as annoying as SMW2 with baby mario, and in ssbb he sounds worse, in this game you will get used to it, cuz you need to pay attention at the stages, but in SMW2 its too loud to not to hear it
the chance i'll try it has become bigger, just after watching it 1 more time

i played a ROM too, but i rather experience it on the VC
classic controller will make me feel the game as it would've done if i had bought it on snes (in english of course)

ROM's dont satisfy me, since i play many VC games, mostly rpg's and like to do the same with this game

if they could make any cheap deal with some translator(s), they could put it on the VC, but i think that may take a while

lol, funny video, but think about it, nintendo themselves never said they cant release it, i bet after all the commotions of starmen, they would say something to tell us its true, if its true

i must admit they at least should tell whether its true or not, about what that site said

remember: starmen is a fansite, not related to the official site's of nintendo, and they had no real announcements of nintendo

who knows, maybe it'll show up, and once it does show up on the VC,. i'll be laughing for all fans, and at starmen and the others who say its true that it wont get on the VC

as for now, we just gotta wait
they do know that alot of people like to try it since the smash bros games

@5 yes, you can only have 1 ally at a time, but thats not the worst thing
i think it'd be way more fun if you could choose after you completed the game
but then, there's no more story except for the last part once completed
or a bonus which allows you to start over with any char you like to, or something

besides that, its still a very good game, easy but good
it requires a bit brain usage, in battles and such

still no word about a new kirby platform game, you know, old style kirby games
will it still come true or will they forget about it?
who knows, it was going to be GC game, but then re-announced for the wii

its not just minigames, there are adventures, like great cave and dynablade
its just a game with adventures and lots of minigames, not ONLY minigames

great cave has something like treasure hunt, but isnt that THE adventure?

i know why its called minigames, but its not the truth

they say cuz you have different things you can do, and great cave has most, but if you call all these options minigames, you better call for example kirby's adventure (nes) also minigame, as you gotta do levels to get to the bosses and complete the game

ps. dynablade has a story too

anyway, its ---->IMO<---- the best kirby game, as its very advanced, like it has most things to do, especially the great cave

i got it, it as good as ever
i practiced the spring breeze part to warm up, and now going for dynablade

after that i'll try and do the treasure one

i'm playing this game (not at this moment) and even though it has such an old style, i like it
i had to see gamefaqs to know how classes worked, as first i chose red mage, black mage, white mage and thief, but it didnt work well, and even though i didnt die, i saw my money going down easily
so i started over and used (still do) fighter, red mage, white mage and blackbelt

i saw gamefaqs has lot of people who play with 2 or 3 same classes, but i like the unique kind of team, 1 of each

i did great, it took me a while to get to lvl 2, but did it
someone at vc-forums said: be sure to un-equip for blackbelt... etc.
and then i saw it...... i didnt equip their armors and weapons
then i did, and now they all kill the weakest enemies instantly, haha

its a great game i enjoy it alot when playing

i dont know the game, but has same sounds as TMNT (nes)
i never played it, so cant understand whats fun about it
its just not my kind of game, but its ok for a platformer, i guess

hope it'll have GC controller option, as i am superbad at moving (accident years ago) (thats also why i got zelda TP's GC version)

i never played any kirby game on handhelds, but looks fun
i'm no real handheld fan, thats why i havent played it, but i would if i did play handhelds

i got it right when i woke up
i was waiting for its release which was at 00:00, but got so tired, i fell asleep and woke up 3 hours later, so i decided to sleep and then get it next morning

i love the game as i always did

already got 1st in all courses in mushroom, cup 50cc, and didnt play for years
just gotta get used to this again, lol

next game i'm waiting for is kirby super star (in EU its kirby fun pak)

ps. i use the classic controller for this game, works just as good as the SNES controller, as it has the same shape

imo would be worse if they said gb,gbc and gba games would be on wii's VC as joke

i loved TMNT 2 and TMNT 4 (turtles in time) much more, and i hope those get to VC one day
this one was too hard for me as kid, cuz of small maps and hard puzzles
i did like it when i figured out how to use the car, but still was too hard
i do give it a 6, not higher just cuz i never got used to it, and i'm afraid that wont happen

it looks good, but i cant find a very good video of the gameplay in english on youtube, i did find alot of german ones, but i dont understand it that well, especially when someone talks

i see some here think its bad to play DS games on wii, even though i hear its the same game
also, if i rate the game by looking at video's and pics, i wouldnt give it a 5/10, so if its fun to play, it should have better ratings

sometimes i have the feelings that some rated games here on nintendolife arent played well to rate well, but thats how i see it

anyway, i'll go search for some more video's, and hope i find a good one
and maybe i'll buy it even if i dont get a good view of it to see if its fun, just try and play and see if its any fun
