Easy enough game to get into, but the navigation squares on the ground when it comes to digging and planting can be very hit or miss. Decent size map with lots of things to unlock. No character voices. One song loop over and over. Decent game to get on sale for a time waster, but def get it on sale. 5/10. Nothing too special in my book. Hope updates make it better.
Couldn’t have said it better. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the game when it first came out. A year later I may log on once a month or every other month. I got my money’s worth out of ACNH, but that ship has sailed (to other islands far far away).
I loved the game. Loved it enough I bought it again on PS5. Honestly this review was overly picky, but to each their own. Only ONE area was “brown and sludgy” which was Hades, god of Wars area. The puzzles were fun and the humor in the game did it for me. Honestly I gave this game a 10/10. Never had there been a game I actually went back and done the Game + on, but I did with Fenyx. Sure, it’s not for everyone, but it’s a welcome detour from the Assassins Creed universe where the maps can be overly large. I honestly liked Fenyx better than Valhalla, dare I say.
Really is a shame this game runs so poorly on Switch. I played on PC and loved it, but the port is downright awful. Review was a bit harsh, but hit the nail on the head. Def a game I say get on PC, but my partner bought on Switch anyway and regretted it day one.
@mrmememan Good Job is actually a lot of fun as well. My partner and I have been playing it tons and it never gets old. So many different ways to destroy things. We’ve definitely had quite a few laughs with it.

@granhalcon yeah it took me a while to figure out what the magnets were for the fridge w the little koala and heart lol. I was fuming. Lol.
Re: Slime Rancher: Plortable Edition Brings Goopy Good Times To Switch, And It's Out Now
Really REALLY tempting. Wonders about the frame rate though. Played it on PC and PS4 Pro and even those get minor frame rate drops.

Re: Mini Review: Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion - Witty Zelda-Inspired Top-Down Tax Avoidance
Cute game. It did run about 2-3 hrs to 100% complete. Still worth it. Grab it on sale.
Re: Review: Immortals Fenyx Rising - An Off-Brand Breath Of The Wild That's Still Worth A Look
@The_Pixel_King hope you enjoy it. My partner even picked it up on the PS4 and is playing through it now and had even said how much fun he’s having.

@DrDaisy weapons do not break which makes life easier. Also you don’t have to upgrade each weapon, only the category.
