@DizziParadise Hey there. I'm really sorry that you're disappointed about this. Please be assured though, Portia will release from Early Access in 2019 and will come to consoles this year too.
We can't say more than that just yet but it is happening. Development is nearly complete - and we want to make sure that console owners get a version that's just as complete and well made - so it won't go on in development forever.
@Mr_Horizon Fun fact... When I supplied the footage to our video team the editor told me there was an error in the recording because it was running at "2 frames per second". I checked it and said, "No, that's just how the game runs".
Amazing that the wizards in the studio got that game to run on an Amiga but I much prefer to play the original Alien Breed 3D these days. It's more playable for sure.
You're creating an us and them scenario (Europe and America) but that's really not a great way to see things. I'm European but I haven't been 'ripped off'. Why? Because I had the good sense to buy a US Wii at launch.
Nintendo doesn't hate Europe. It's just that Nintendo Europe fixates more on its own profits than treating its own customers with respect. They've been like that for the last 20 years and I don't see them changing soon. If you don't like it then import. It's simple.
