Disappointing 😔 hopefully they can get a good 60fps mode working on Switch 2, then I'll probably get their true physical cartridge. Otherwise, I'll just wait for a sale on Steam
I had the same flashbacks to Gears 5, but in a positive way. I thought Gears 5 was incredible! Top 2 Gears game imo. I liked having the smaller open world segments for a little exploration mixed in with the traditional gameplay
I bought the physical used on Switch for $30 and have been interested in playing it but it's been in my backlog for a while. But the performance and resolution increase, plus new content, feels like the perfect opportunity to finally play it. Same as what I did with Tears of the Kingdom, and what I plan to do with Xenoblade Chronicles X
I skipped this game on Switch due to the poor performance and would have loved to get a physical copy on Switch 2. But with Sega making it key card only, there's zero chance I'm paying MORE for a WORSE digital version of the game then I could get on my PC.
I mostly play my PC anyway. So the option comes down to being able to pick up a complete game physically for Switch 2, or I'll just get it on PC. I'm not going to pay more than I would on PC for a digital game that will run worse on Switch 2 anyway
BFII is the GOAT star wars game. I really hope that this will get a physical release. If it does, I'll definitely get that on switch. If not though, I'm still glad it's releasing and I'll continue to enjoy it on steam
Twilight Princess still has the greatest fishing mini game I've ever experienced. Taking the little canoe around to an ideal spot on the pond, being able to see the fish in the clear water. And I remember playing on Wii it was so much fun to use the motion controls to cast the line, wiggle the lure to entice a fish, and then frantically reel it in. I'm hoping I get to revisit that game again on Switch
@milliag it's great! If you're a fan of Marble Blast Ultra or other similar games, you'll like this one. Tight controls and solid 60fps docked and handheld. The Steam version will probably be the definitive version when it comes out, with a level editor and such. But I definitely recommend it on Switch

No 60fps is a deal breaker. Hopefully they can get one working on Switch 2, I'd love to support them and their true physical game

New Katamari game was literally all that excited me. This was a 3/10 direct

How are the touchscreen controls for it? Seems like a perfect fit for handheld or tabletop mode without the joy cons attached

Marble It Up! In addition to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Torna
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (September 8th)
Grinding out some stuff in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 before the Torna DLC drops
Re: Square Enix’s Business Division 8 Is Working On An Action RPG For Switch
I reeeeally want to see a Xenogears remake! But I'd settle for KH on Switch, I guess.
